What experience I've ever been through. It was total Rip off do not go. I literally had to sit why I was getting a pedicure and listen to a special needs kid played and sang a happy birthday for 45 grueling minutes. I was so freaking disturbed these shop owners would allow that to happen and encourage it. Anyone had to go through that awful concert there?

Had appointment at 330 for my daughter first she asked for the look of French tip and gel nails they charged her 60. and didn't do her nails correct at all made them all white added glitter to one will never go back and the man hurt her 4 times use to love it here it's not horrible and they double charged her because she's 14

I have been here a few times. I had an appt. But apparently another lady was a "walk-in". The person I had the appt. with, let me sit for 15 minutes while she finished the other lady. I was a little upset. I am debating on going somewhere else.

I went for my 3 month man-pedi awith my neighbor the older women did mine she was finished in 10 mins with Pedi no heel work my nails are all different then she did my hg ands . I'll have to go to someone else before my vacation this week. Do not waste your time or money very disappointing I have been here before with much different results but I'll never recommend or go back

Mani-Pedi is wonderful-I love the massage chairs, the variety of colors, the extra time spent getting those ingrown nails, the leg massage, the exfoliating of dead skin-and the attention to detail in the application of the polish. Ken did my most recent pedicure and it was amazing. He spent a long time exfoliating but it didn’t even tickle! Cindy, the owner, is always present and tries to make sure you are happier with all services. Try them out!

New nail artist on the house Had my nails pedi n eyebrows done today. New girl hooked me up I got my rebels on the big toes a n d American flag on all Lil ones I love em amazing job dear o n her husband done my pedi I've been walking with a limp for over a week well not no more as of today I'm walking normal again Love this couple o and the auntie done great on my fingers n eyes highly recommend

Technician that did my nails was cold and impersonal. The finished result was not impressive, either. I do not recommend this place, since good customer service and professionalism is very important to me. Update. 5/29/23. Went there again not realizing this was the same place that had moved. Had a gel pedicure and gel fill in done. The pedicure was so-so, but the gel fill in was the worst I have ever had. A week and half later, half the nails have lifted. Also he flooded several of my cuticles so since they stated growing out they snag on my hair and just look terrible. This was an older man that did it all. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place!!

This place is a dump. Don’t believe the reviews. I pulled into the parking lot and one of the nail technicians opened her car door into my car causing a scratch and dent. She got out of her car and walked away. Then I’m the only one in the salon and the other technician did a very poor job with my dip and charged me $40.

This place is great! The manicurist that did my nails was very precise in her work and both my mani and pedi looked great. The prices were reasonable.

Took my daughter here to get French tip acrylics and they did a wonderful job. Place was quiet and relaxing, asked appropriate questions and price was fair!

Was referred by my sister, arrived close to closing time… Not only did they take me without any attitude… John still spent a FULL HOUR on my pedicure! Great pedicure, friendly service and I feel like I’m walking on air.

Have used this salon in the past. Called yesterday and made an appointment for this morning. Got there in time for my appointment to a handwritten note on the door that they are closed until Tuesday. No notice to me. Needless to say, I will never patronize this establishment again.

I have been coming to this salon for over 12 years, I will not return EVER again. New Ownership are rude and dishonest... This is the 3rd ownership change, the prior ownership changes have transitioned smoothly, the only way you knew it was new ownership was because of the new faces... This ownership bold faced lied when asked if they are new ownership and when I asked for the old owner I was told over the phone he would be back in 2 weeks... 2 weeks later I walk in only to be told they are the new owners! If they lie about something big, what else would they lie about!! The one thing about North Fort Myers, there are plenty of nail salons...!

I went here for a full set, I asked for square, I was given round, they were crooked and when I asked for white tips, instead of using white nails, they were painted white, and the paint was crooked and thick in some areas and uneven.

I went in for an SNS dip manicure. The man who did my nails clearly was not good at it & when I left there after almost 2 hours my nails were horrible. There are bare spots where he couldn't get it covered with the dip, there are spots where it's super thick & it looks like a child did it, he kept trying to fix it and it was just ridiculous. In addition, he hurt my cuticles and cut several of them. I just wanted to get out of there. I have not had good service there in a very long time. I get there and they tell me they're busy even when I had an appointment. They have a handicapped child that belongs to somebody that works there, and one time they sat her next to me and although I felt sad for her in a way, she coughed and drooled all over the place, all over me, and they saw nothing wrong with that and the woman that day just kept saying "so sorry", it was a very uncomfortable feeling. They always overbook their customers. I go in to get a Mani/Pedi and they work on me and someone else at the same time, it's rushed & not relaxed at all! They 100% need to sit back and reevaluate their services because they see absolutely nothing wrong with any of this and they have no problem saying sorry, I'm busy even after I've made an appointment. I will not be returning to the salon at all

Wish we had seen the recent reviews for this place before we went there. We will NEVER return to this salon again!! Polish came off after 3 days on toes. Forgot to add shiny topcoat to thumb nail and was charged $200 for 2 people for Mani /Pedi!!! Never asked which Pedi we wanted. Plus one of the disabled children was right near our faces with her phone talking and asking questions... it's sad and disturbing to see that her teeth were bad and u cared for and she had horrible breath from it.
