I visited this salon for the first time, and my stylist was tom. he did an amazing job selecting the right toner for my hair and explained why certain shades might not complement my skin tone—no stylist had ever gone into that detail with me before. he was incredibly gentle with my hair, gave me a great haircut, and even shared recommendations on how to enhance my face shape. i really appreciated his expertise and attention to detail. i’ve already booked my next appointment because this level of care and professionalism is hard to find. definitely coming back!💗

Rin did an amazing job with my hair I have been searching for my perfect stylist not only did she hear what I wanted but I was able to sit in her chair and tell her my end goal and allow her to do what ever she needed to to get there. It’s been almost two weeks and usually at this point you know if you love your hair or not I love it I love it so much my hair looks and feels healthy and beautiful and she recommended some really great product I’m using in my hair. Take time to invest in your self with someone who is happy to apply there talent into making you feel your best so you can be your best. I won’t go to anyone else. Literally love my hair she is amazing!!! Go to her ladies if you are looking for your perfect pallet go to her.

Holly cut my hair and she was absolutely fantastic. She let me know the cut would be $59 beforehand and she took the time to listen to what I wanted and make her own suggestions. She was so kind and asked me what music I wanted to listen to and proceeded to play it the entire time. She took her time, was super gentle, and I just had a really wonderful time. I got a trim and I am so happy with it! 10/10 I definitely would recommend.

I had an amazing experience at this salon! Carmen was incredibly professional—she took the time to assess and analyze my hair, offering tailored advice on how to manage frizz and recommending the best products for my hair type. Her attention to detail is impressive, and it’s clear that she not only knows her craft but also loves what she does. The results were fantastic: my hair looks shiny, much lighter, and has great movement. I absolutely love it! I’ll definitely be back in six months. Highly recommend!

Paige is a hair color magician! My gray hairs are completely covered, and my hair looks so shiny and full of life. I had been struggling with warm brassy tones and now it’s the cool blond tones I’ve been trying to accomplish!

Hollie is absolutely amazing, such a light soul and listens to what you want but not afraid to tell you if something won’t look good or won’t work with your hair.she gave me such a good hair cut. I have thick, long hair and poor girl spent almost 3 hours on it with good vibes and no complaints. The place is clean and everyone is very friendly.

I had an unfortunate experience a few weeks ago at the Tampa location. I had an appt with Alexa on a Sunday. I was called by the front desk to confirm the appt earlier in week. I responded to the reminder texts confirming the appt. I get to the salon on my appt day and found a notice on the door saying that they were closed for continuing Ed. I left a message on voicemail expressing my concern as I had to get my hair done for an event. There was no response on mon morning. I called the salon and spoke to Brittany. I was told that on Sat there was some issue with the plumbing or something like that (not the continuing Ed that they said on the sign on door. ) I asked for a call from the owner as the least they could do was cancel the sun clients. The owner never called me back and I found a new stylist with better prices. I expected more customer service from a so called high end salon with inflated pricing. PS it has been years and Alexa probably doesn’t even work there anymore. But I have to say that she’s a lovely person and she’s great at hairstyling. This review has to do with the salon itself. I’m very upset that owner did not reach out to me even years later. It’s a disgrace and a poor way to do business. It also affects the reputation of the stylist in the salon when you have bad reviews.
