Amazing hot stone massage

I was happy before but today, the massage was just painful. The messeuse just scratched and pinched my arms and it ended up with some scars. She was looking at me like wanting tips! So I gave her tips but… it was just painful experience. I dont think I will visit here any more.. It was one of the best massages I've ever had in LA. The masseuse with short hair made me feel so comfortable and relieved my sore muscles. I'll definitely be coming back again next time.

I won't recond you coming here me and my wife came payed full price for a hr massage and tip each massage therapist separately the owner and massage therapist blocked the exit and try to extort us for more tip so if you want to risk it and get extorted go head and come here that's why I gave it a 1 star because tipping is not mandatory it is willingly FYI don't talk closely to the owner his breathing stink

I've been here before and the woman at the front desk was nothing but kind. This time around was such a big disappointment and definitely ruined my massage experience. After coming out from finishing my massage I felt the effects of the massage had worn off thanks to the new woman in charge of the front desk. She kept pressuring me to leave a 20% tip. I also paid ahead of time and asked her to add the tip when she charged my card but apparently didn't. When I walked in she also kept looking at me and laughing and speaking another language. I don't mind at all that another language is spoken as I am bilingual but her demeanor was not a welcoming one. Sadly, I will not be coming back here again and I don't think anyone else should give their business to this location unless you want to be submitted to the same treatment. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.

They were trying to force me to tip more. I told them I paid for my service and the tip I give them is extra not mandatory. The man said it was not enough and that I had to pay more. When I refused he told me to not come again.

Best full body massage. I’ve tried many places, and as a small female with terrible aches and knots, there are rarely places that make me feel comfortable and work out my knots perfectly but this place did it. I finally found my go-to spot. Thank you so much

Friendly excellent customer service. Only thing you hip 10 or higher they say so be prepared. The massage are great regular or deep tissue.

My favourite place to get a massage! They always have availability. I’ve had multiple masseuses and each time they have given fabulous deep tissue massages with lots of pressure! I will always come back!

Best massage I’ve had in a long time. 90 min Swedish with hot stones and a foot massage for $75. The hot towels were a nice bonus. Vicky was incredible. She took extra time to work on my tight spots. If I didn’t live in idaho, I’d schedule to come back once a week. AMAZING!!!

Can't beat the price and they really make you feel good after the session. ****Update, 1-27-27***** Service has gone down, me and wife had the 90 swedish massage and both ladies were giggling and texting. We told the guy at the front desk what happened and he told us to never come back!

Very bad management. We made an appointment with 3 male massagists. We were told there’s only one male available. And the manager was very rude and aggressive when we told him we asked 3 male. He told us to shut up coz he didn’t arrange the appointment and it’s not his responsibility. Anyway. Will never go again.
