I've been coming here for years and have always left very happy! I've had my hair, nails and eyebrows done on multiple occasions and I'm never disappointed. Very clean and the atmosphere is comfortable. I specifically see Tricia but I've met all of the girls there and they're all so sweet, you can't go wrong with any of them!

Pay attention to their instagram page. That should have been my first sign.Everybody has long straight blonde hair. So If you want long straight blonde hair this is the place to go. It would seem to me that's their main thing lon straight Blonde hair and no skills with anything else. I went in to get a shortcut.I'd never been there before. I was very worried due to past experiences at other salons. Worst cut i've ever gotten in my life. If you want a shortcut and anything other than blonde I wouldn't recommend coming here. She basically just grabbed hunks in my hair and cut.It looks absolutely terrible. No precision whatsoever. So, I wasn't going to even let her finish the cut or get any color done. To top it off, the guy before me was fifteen minutes late for his appointment, but yeah I was getting pushed, because her other appointment had come in.It wasn't me that was late to begin with.

I found this salon on Facebook by asking around and this was a.highly recommend salon and I can see why they (Tricia h Henkenberns) were very professional even through our text message I went here for a black box dye color correction and she got it to lift sooo well and fairly quickly I would say for it being Box dye I would recommend Tricia and any other stylist there was a great experience

Tricia was AMAZING! I came in for partial highlights, shampoo and style. Tricia was very helpful. She took the time to help me pick out a new style. She explained the process and made sure I was happy. She took her time with me which you don't get many places. She offered me something to drink while my color was sitting. She even showed me different ways I could style my new look! Great place, great vibe, and great staff. Book your appointment and ask for Tricia!!

I am beyond excited with my haircut, Susan did exactly what I asked her to do for me and I could not be more happy with the results. I just moved to Cincinnati a couple of months ago. And I was searching for a place to get my hair cut and colored. And my hair stylist Susan is amazing. She was really friendly and did an amazing job on my hair. I will most definitely be visiting J Michaels Salon &Spa again.

I love J. Micheal’s Christa does my pedicure’s and she is absolutely amazing and she and the rest of the staff treat you like family. I love the attention to detail Christa gives there’s no rushing like the Asian Nail salons. My hair stylist is Amy and she does an excellent job on my hair. She always listens to me with whatever concerns I may have with my hair. I absolutely love my visits!!!

I’ve been coming to this Salon for a few years now and am always impressed with Maria, the owner, and how she cares about people. My stylist and nail tech, Tricia, is the best! The place is always clean and beautifully decorated appropriately for all holidays and seasons. A joy to go there!

Maria is absolutely the best! The best at doing hair and the best at being a real person who cares. I came to her with a really messed up hair cut and she got me in right away and gave me back my self-esteem. I love my haircut and so does my family. Everyone here is welcoming and polite. The stylists consistently give quality haircuts to both my boys. Shout out to Susan in particular, who was unbelievably patient and understanding with my autistic three-year-old at his most recent visit.

My 14 year old wanted to have her hair done for her birthday with some lowlights and highlights. She specifically told her she wanted lowlights but wanted more highlights than anything. They did not listen and did what they wanted. She went from a natural blonde to almost black with very little highlights. The highlights she does have look gray. She cried the whole way home. I've been coming here since I was a teenager and wanted her to start going because I have always had good service. We will be finding somewhere else to go.
