I've been coming here for about 2 years now and I must say they are amazing here! You can tell that the stylists really care and pay attention to detail. Knowing other people that come here has shown that they specialize in many different types of hair and colors as well which is rare at most salons. I don't see myself going anywhere else to get a haircut.

I went to Robin, I asked her to cut my bangs below my chin and only take an inch off my hair. Somehow she turned my curtain bangs into a bob with very short bangs and left like three long strands.

Every time I have had my hair done by JiMin it is the first time I’ve ever asked for a certain color and she achieves it every single time the first time I got my hair done with JiMin was 2018 and I’ve never looked back she is a PRO!!!!!

I recently visited J n J to get my hair dyed blue, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Pink and her team are sooo talented and incredibly detailed and attentive throughout the entire process. From the initial consultation to the final styling, they made sure every aspect was perfect. The color came out vibrant and exactly how I envisioned it. The salon atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were all professional and friendly. Super highly recommend 🩵🩵🩵

Best hair studio l've ever been to and I'm not exaggerating, the customer service, attention to detail, perfection in cut color etc... Robin is a miracle worker. She quickly understood exactly what I wanted and executed it with so much love and care! I immediately became a loyal customer since the first visit. I highly recommend this salon.

Don’t ever go to this hair studio! They are not professional! My daughter dyed her hair here and got her whole neck with the color! And the price is way over the quality! Don’t let them treat your kids like dumb!

I am an extremely picky person when it comes to my hair. Jimin was the first person I trusted to go completely bleach blonde. I follow all her advice and my hair has never been broken and remains soft and healthy despite dyeing it numerous times. She is also the sweetest person to ever exist so I am unsure why the other reviews have said she’s mean? She opened this shop only recently with her sister and they are always honest and upfront about their costs as well. I recently took my sister to get her haircut fixed and she loved it! Plus I just got my bangs/hair cut and received so many compliments from people :) Definitely a higher end salon but everyone always compliments me on my hair color since it never turns orange and grows out so naturally! Highly recommend

Jimin is an artist and wellness expert first. Her kind and professional attitude, as well as her deep understanding of color tones, style and the human body in general is exceptional. She goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and taken care of. I am not a regular, yet she gave me an appointment within the week and treated me so well! I did not feel discriminated against regular clients at all. I learned so much about better hair care. I also really appreciate that Jimin was not pushing to sell extra products or services, but when I needed something, I could decide to purchase it myself. I like to think of J n J hair studio as my new go-to whenever I'm in LA! Thanks for everything.

Literally one of the best haircuts I've ever received. Jimin is a sweetheart - found her through Instagram and seeing her amazing color work but went in only for a cut. Showed her a pic of inspo for a bob style haircut. She gave me her recommendations based of my curly hair, and the hair came out even better than the photo I showed her. I can tell she is hardworking because she is boooooked and busy let me tell you. Her schedule is crazy and makes sense since I think its just her and her sis, so book ahead! Lol but she was super attentive to me and literally gave me one of the best cuts. Her attention to detail is amazing to watch, she double checked length and everything was even all through out - before the blowout, after the blowout, etc. For a haircut in LA, I consider her price reasonable and worth it. Walked in the studio with my hair being a mess and came out looking new and fresh - even the security guard complimented!!! Hahaha. Excited to get my color by her soon!!

Pink J is the only person I’ll let touch my hair! She is absolutely amazing—so skilled, knowledgeable and understanding. She really works with you to get the results you want, keeping your hair type, length, etc. in mind. I got a pixie cut for the first time in my life with her and it turned out perfect. She’s also such a kind soul and the salon is beautiful. I recommend her to all my friends for anything, from cut to color. I highly recommend you check her and J n J salon out!

The worst haircut of my life! I asked and showed pictures of what I wanted and got a haircut that’s so choppy, not blended, uneven, and not symmetrical. I cannot believe how awful Pink cut my hair. From the very beginning, she didn’t even ask how much hair I wanted cut, she just started cutting my hair. I trusted the process since she said she’ll cut it more after washing and perming. When we’re finally done, my hair is nothing like the pictures I showed and she also didn’t clean up the rough cut she did earlier. I even asked her to cut my bangs more like the pictures I showed her and she refused to cut it. Consider yourself warned.

Highly recommend this hair salon! I've been seeing Pink J as my stylist for some years now and she never disappoints. Not only is she great at cutting hair the way you want, but she's on point when it comes to recommending different hair styles as well as making sure you are fully satisfied with your hair.
