From making the appointment to seeing my eye lashes everything was amazing. To schedule you can text and call and she answers quickly and is very flexible. Since it was my first time getting lash extensions she took the time to sit with me and really understand what exactly I wanted. On top of that, she was able to tell me what works with my eye shape, and what curl she recommends since I wanted a natural look. When she put the lashes on, I could barely feel anything and was very calm and everything was clean and even now it’s not heavy on my eyes at all. I love the end result and recommend her to anyone looking to do their lashes.

I dont do my lashes often, but when i do, I ONLY go to Joann! She recommended a particular style to go with my eye shape and it truly was the most flattering look! They last long and look so natural. Love her! I strongly recommend <3

I have been searching far and wide, from Flushing to Manhattan, from NYC to LA to find the best eyelash technician for the most reasonable price and the VERDICT is that J One Beauty Center is my favorite place for eyelash extensions. For starters, at the beginning of your appointment, she presents you with a comprehensive, hard cover display of all the eyelash curls, thicknesses, and patterns that your imagination could think of. There are so many reasons why I love this and you should too! First, eyelash extensions are a sensory experience. They’re on your face all day long for several weeks. For some wicked reason, there are some people love thick hard lashes. I sure don’t. You probably don’t either. Touching and feeling the eyelash extensions before making a commitment is the best investment in both your comfort and your wallet. Second, your eyes are as unique as your fingerprints. It is absurd show your lash technician a picture of someone else who has different eyes from you and call it a day. There is no such thing as one size fits all. You’re unique! You deserve lashes that brings out the best in your unique features! That being said, she spent a lot of time walking me through what might be best suitable for my eyes and came up with a unique mixture of several lengths and thicknesses. She made me feel empowered and in control of my experience, which I highly appreciate because we’ve all had those experience where we didn’t get what we wanted in the end. Communication is key. This is my new go to spot for eyelash extensions in NYC!

Absolutely love this place so much and wouldnt go anywhere else! Ive been going here for almost two years and she has never failed to make my lashes look beautiful. Super sweet and makes sure you’re comfortable. If you ever wanna get your lashes done this is the place to go!!

I finally found someone who understands my natural lashes and eye shape! Joann is an amazing lash technician- she gives a very thorough consultation prior to service and makes feel safe and at ease during our appointment. She is very nice and knowledgeable of which lash size will be best for me. I highly recommend going to Joann if you want your lashes to look amazing and last! My lashes have never been so full even after 3 weeks.

I have been coming to Joann for the past 2 years and she has been amazing, the quality of the lashes and glue is really good. It never affected my natural lashes and if anything my natural lashes are stronger. My lashes last me for a good 2 months because i do take care of them and because joann does a really good job. I love this place and i like how clean and organize she is, overall you should definitely try doing your lashes here.

I have been going to Joanne for facial for 10+ years. I followed her here when other beauticians I tried failed to deliver the same result. She's meticulous and uses quality products. Her beauty center is clean and comfortable. Don't just go there for lash treatment, her various facial treatments keep my skin smooth and radiant.

Definitely a hidden gem! Got my lashes done here for the first time and they look AMAZING! Exactly what i wanted!! Joanne took her time recommending, showing, and talking to me to see what style would best fit my eyes. Im so happy with how they turned out! The place is very clean + relaxing music. Will be coming back very soon and trying other services as well ☺️

Amazing service! Joanne did my lashes twice and I am going back soon. She took her time going over everything with me the first time I walked in to figure out what I wanted exactly and the results were even better than what I had in mind. I am hooked now on getting extensions because it's so worth it— long lasting and natural and for someone like me who doesn't spend a lot of time doing make up but would just put on mascara, this is makes me feel beautiful without doing a thing. Even brought a friend with me the second time and got the discount. :) I now openly recommend this place to everyone who asks and is interested.

I been doing my eye lashes for years and the person that does my eye lashes was booked so a friend recommended this placed.i am so glad I am come here she did a owesome job!!honestly it was a nicest my eye lashes ever booked and it doesn’t fall off in a week like the other the place I went for touch up weekly!!thank you Joan for my beautiful lashes.

I got my eyelash extension again at J One Beauty Center on Saturday. Joanne is the one did my eyelash extension. She spent her time to help me to chose what kind of eyelash is good for me and make my eyes look bigger. The eyelash that Joanne chose it for me it’s very comfortable. It’s very light and smooth. The most important thing I want to mention is when the extension eyelash came out, my own eyelash is not coming out together with it. That’s very important for me because I don’t want to loose my own eyelash. That’s why I love to go to J One Beauty Center to look for Joanne for my eyelash extension. Every time I got a lot of compliments from my friends, coworkers and patients after I got my eyelash extension. Also, a lot of my friends, coworkers and patients are going to J One Beauty Center look for Joanne for eyelash extension.

When you go to J ONE to do your lashes is not your typical open space with a bunch of beds and people talking, but a super clean, more fancy, nice decorated place with 3 private rooms for different services. I may say THE BEST I've have seen. Her products are good quality and she is not skimpy when it comes to lashes. She does a great job with them, they will last me over 3 wks. Joanne will ask, show, recommend and make sure you are happy. Her facials are really good. You will really enjoy your time here . She is very accommodating. I will not go to anyone else but her. I'm very careful when it comes to my face and eyes. BTW be honest when doing a review. Give the opportunity to others to find out about great places such as J One .I can definitively said this is a hidden jewel. Give it a try.
