Great place friendly staff. Tawny does my haircut. She is very nice. They have a special Bridal area. They also have a Barber.

My stylist was beyond sweet but sadly the end result of my color was not at all what I wanted. As disappointed as I was with the end result the biggest reason I did not allow this salon to correct the color mishab was the general attitude of the owner Jen. She never offered an apology for me sitting 8 hours in a chair to end up with my hair colored in a way that forced me to correct it without the blonde highlights I wanted. She was disconnected and abrasive throughout the entire process of correct consult and even with the refund. When I came in for a correction consult with a different stylist Jen knew who I was and never formally introduced herself without me flat out asking if she was Jen the owner. When it came to my refund my card was charged more than what I was refunded and when I asked her about the difference she told me the processing fee "doesn't even go to her" in all respect what I was charge should be what I'm refunded regardless of what she profits!! The stylists here are super sweet but the owner needs a lesson in ethics and customer satisfaction. She was never disrespectful but didn't have an attitude that reflected of someone who was concerned with a customer of her shop being grossly disappointed with the color job they received. It's unfortunate mostly because the salon itself is beautiful and both stylists I met were very sweet and genuine. The owner needs a deep lesson in ethics and customer satisfaction. If I could post photos of my before and after I would but what I asked for was not what I left with and this owner didn't seem the least bit sorry nor did she show any concern for rectifying the situation.

Hair Goals Achieved at J West Hair Salon! Walking into J West Hair Salon, I was a little nervous—like a caterpillar unsure if it’s ready to become a butterfly. But then I met Ashley, and let me tell you, she is nothing short of a hair magician. Not only does she have the skills to transform your hair into a masterpiece, but she's also incredibly easy on the eyes. Seriously, who knew getting a haircut could be so pleasant? The salon itself is a sight to behold. The aesthetics and decor are absolutely awesome, making you feel like you've stepped into a chic, urban oasis. It’s the kind of place where you can imagine even Rapunzel would feel pampered and fabulous. Ashley’s hands work like magic wands, snipping and styling with precision. It’s like she went to Hogwarts School of Haircraft and Wizardry. By the time she was done, I felt like I should be strutting down a runway. And did I mention she’s super charming? It’s a wonder my hair didn’t stand on end from being in the presence of such awesomeness. If you’re looking for a top-notch stylist who can give you a fabulous look, keep you entertained with her wit and charm, and make you feel like a million bucks in a gorgeous setting, Ashley at J West Hair Salon is your go-to. Just be prepared to book in advance—great things come to those who wait, and in this case, it’s absolutely worth it.

I've been here a handful of times. I've had a spray tan a couple of tans, hair cut, hair dyed and my bridal hair all done here by the amazing Kaitlyn. She did everything I've had done. I highly recommend her and this place over anywhere else I've been. The ladies here are all nice.

I 100% recommend this salon. I left after getting my hair done not completely happy with what I had done, so I called and Sarah was extremely nice and fixed my hair for me. I am truly so happy with the service. They truly want to make clients happy. The salon is so cute too.

I had a fantastic experience at J West Salon. I finally found a salon, and a stylist that are both excellent!! Lisa S. is talented/gifted, and professional! The cost for services (color with highlights/cut and styled) was more than fair. The salon is very nice, and I felt welcomed and comfortable there. All the other stylists were friendly, as well. I highly recommend this salon and stylist!

I had an appointment elsewhere that got canceled so I was in a bit of a bind trying to find availability for this week! I'm in a wedding this weekend and everywhere was booked! J West was courteous, accommodating, and fun! I had a full foil and haircut and Katie did a phenomenal job! She did everything really well but was also fast and fun to talk to. Great experience!!
