I love this salon!!! They are always warm and friendly, offer complimentary glass of wine. This place got you covered when it comes to great and amazing services. I would highly recommend this place for hair, nails and skin treatments especially with Renata!!! The best esthetician on earth!!!

Fabulous, welcoming, safe & professional salon! I've been seeing Anna for 15+ years and obsess over my hair after each and every visit. She has incredible knowledge and will always help guide you to what you're looking for. Cannot recommend Anna more! Renata is a phenomenal aesthetician and will always put your skin needs first. Truly ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ location!

I've been seeing Josephine D. for almost 2 years and cannot recommend her enough. It is obvious to anyone that has ever sat in her chair that she has an incredible passion for what she does, as it shows in her attention to detail. Will not get my haircut anywhere else in Chicago!

I love this salon! They are alway so warm and friendly, offer complimentary wine, and do a great shampoo service. The best part about this place is Michelle. I've been going to her for over a year and she has transformed my hair with both cut and color. She always has great suggestions yet listens to me about what I want. She has a great sense of style and it shows in her work. People always ask me who does my hair and consistently go back to her as well! She's awesome!

I have family in the area and on my last visit, I went here, as I didnt have a chance to before I left for the trip. I am blown away! Normally I go to Vidal Sassoon in NYC, so I felt there was no chance of anyplace comparing. Well I have to swallow my words. Not only did Anna compare, but she was better! Her skill is beyond measure. I felt like I truly was getting the royal treatment. My cut is amazing, I feel like a model. I also have to say the place is very inviting, very stylish. I am more than happy with my hair! I will definitely be back the next time we are out this way! Thank you again!

I just visited Jack Alexander for the first time in October and LOVED IT! Not only was the salon brand new and tastefully decorated, it also had a VERY warm, cozy atmosphere. This is the type of boutique salon I have always loved, and I would follow Anna Nowobilska to the ends of the earth for hair color, cut and ESPECIALLY her professional blow dry. She is by far THEE BEST round brush operator on the planet. Make an appointment and see for yourself, you will be happily surprised!! Also, Renata is the only person I would ever get waxing done by...doesn't hurt a bit ;)

We all know that having a great hair cut is at the top of our "Must have" list so if you truly love your hair you HAVE to check this place out! Anna is my go to hairstylist and let me tell you that girl knows what she is doing! Plus the atmosphere of this salon is so warm and cozy that you will want to visit it over and over again.
