Franki has completely changed my view on visiting the salon! I’ve been a customer for over ten years now and I always look forward to going.. I’m so comfortable, she’s welcoming and warm and she’s the best, most efficient hair dresser I’ve ever been to. Their salon is stylish and beautiful and I will always highly recommend them.. thank you Franki!

I have been going to both Jackie and Franki for a few years now and I have never been happier with my hair/extensions. Jackie invests a lot of personal time in continuing to educate herself on the latest trends. Franki's years of experience have made her a master of extensions. They're both honest about expectations when it comes to your requests, which i love after getting a number of chemical cuts from stylists who did not warn me of rushing to get a result. They're both quick (but not rushed) and, honestly, underpriced for their quality of work. I get compliments on my hair at least once a day. Also, the vibes at the salon are spot on. You'll never have more fun getting your hair done than at this salon. Their assistant is so attentive and will ensure you have a great experience every time.

I’ve been seeing Jackie for 5 years for balayage, cuts, styles, and extensions. I couldn’t be happier here. Jackie is a total pro. She takes great care of my hair so it’s not damaged, even after repeated colorings. Her extension work is beautiful and looks completely natural - I get so many compliments! Everyone at the salon is amazing. Highly recommend Jack & Frank!

Jackie has been doing my hair for a couple years now and my hair has never looked better. I wanted to get hair extensions for the longest time and so I started following hairstylists on IG so that I could see their work and find someone who did amazing hair for a fair price and had some good vibes. Enter: Jackie. She gave me the mermaid hair I’ve always dreamed of and keeps my hair looking beautiful. (After having two kids back to back, my hair was just dull and ready for A change) She brought my hair (and ME) back to life and I’m ever so thankful! And even though I’ve never had my hair done by Frankie, I’ve watched her work over the years and she is just as amazing! I would trust her with my hair in a heartbeat. The Jack and Frank Hair salon is so cute and welcoming. You will always be greeted with a smile and a great convo. It’s so nice to know that when I go to get my hair done, it’s not only just hair but hanging with friends :)

Jackie is AMAZING! I have been going over 2 years and I have been recommending her to my family and friends! She is really passionate about what she do and she listen to what you need! Frankie has been taking care of my hair for several years. She’s an expert at keeping my hair long and blonde, yes you read that right! I’m grateful for her knowledge and experience. She listens to my needs, if I ever want to change anything she guides me. I need guidance, I’m not a hairdresser. Most importantly she has taken the time to learn what I like, don’t like, what my hair can handle, what it can’t. And doesn’t push me on things she knows I won’t like. Her knowledge about products is always dead on. I drive two hours to see her, let’s just say she’s doing something right!

Jack & Frank Hair Studio is such a wonderful salon owned by two wonderful genuine people. It is a place to go, get pampered and enjoy some quality time with your hairstylist who has also become one of my good friends. I would highly recommend this studio as well as Frankie or Jackie to do your hair, cut, color, extensions or if you just need a wash and blow out. If you want a place to fill like home, come here! These ladies are not only gorgeous inside and out, but they are truly hard workers and excellent at their craft. They are efficient and always have you walking out of the salon feeling like a goddess. I have been coming to Franki for 7 years now, and even though I moved to LA (land of hmu artists etc etc), I still make the trip down (traffic and all) to visit the best stylist in California - to make my platinum blonde locks and bellami hair extensions look fabulous

Because of Franki I am able to have the long, thick hair I used to only dream of!! What makes Franki stand out is her attention to detail, the method she uses for placing the extensions (which gives you a 100% natural look) and her insistence that the quality of hair she uses is always top notch. I've been going to her for years and would recommend her without hesitation. Not only is she very accessible but her prices are ridiculously reasonable!! She's in high demand so I recommend getting your appointment ASAP. You will not be disappointed.

Franki is the best. I’ve been seeing her for over 2 years now, and she literally has transformed my hair. She’s incredibly knowledgeable from hair care, to color, to extensions. And if you’re looking for incredibly natural extensions - she’s the one to go to. I have 24 inch extensions with natural hair that’s just past my shoulders, and no one ever notices. She’s that good 🙌🏽 Plus, her vibe and energy are just lovely and I look forward to every appointment I have with her.

I have been going to Franki for six months getting extensions. This was my first time ever getting hair extensions and Franki is super easy going, and put me at ease immediately. She made the extension process and learning process of caring for my new hair super easy. Every time I leave her salon I leave feeling amazing and looking amazing! Best hair stylist I have ever been to! I would recommend her to anyone! Her booking process is super easy, I can always get in to see her when I need to for adjustments and move ups with my extensions. Also her pricing is amazing. I never thought I would be able to afford extensions and all the care and appointments needed to maintain them however Franki makes it super affordable! I never thought I would be able to have the beautiful thick hair that I have now!!

Where do i even start? The salon is BEAUTIFUL and you immediately feel the love and good vibes as soon as you walk through the door! Every stylist in there is so friendly it feels like they’re a family. Franki does my hair and she is a color genius. You get exactly what you ask for and I’ve never felt so relaxed getting my hair done. She’s beautiful inside and out and i love being in her presence. Her assistants Anjelika and Myra are the perfect compliments to her service and overall experience!!! I can’t imagine stepping foot in any other salon again!!!

Franki is a master at her craft. A true artist. The hair extensions she put in for me have changed my life. She matched my hair so perfectly I can't tell what is my real hair and what is my extension. She blended two different colors and it looks incredibly natural. And I have OCD for quality and I'm extremely picky regarding my hair. I have always had super fine baby hair. And two pregnancies had thinned my hair and breast feeding each child for 12 months ravaged it even more. It always felt limp and slim in a pony tail. Now it feels so full. So lustrous. I frequently turn heads now with the extra 3 bundles of hair on my head. I get so many compliments. Best of all, it makes me look and feel about 15 years younger and has given me more confidence and motivation. My husband has been so pleased with them that I feel like it's improved my marriage LOL. Franki's attention to detail is awesome. She's so meticulous. I brush my hair hard with both wet brushes and regular hair brushes and wash it more than recommended and have never lost an extension. Franki is honest and caring and also no nonsense. She's fast too and very educated about her craft. She gives free consultations and you of options to add as little or as much hair as you may want.
