Had an appointment today with Tina for a major new cut and style. She was amazing. She took the time to help me figure out what I wanted and worked wonderfully with my hair. I love my new cut and will most certainly going back to Tina going forward.

I went here to get Highlights done in my hair. It came out ok? I wanted thick steaks and she put thin ones (Jaqulibe was her name) I beleive. Other then that, the atmosphere was comfortable, Clean, Freindly.

Horrible customer service by Tina, rude and unprofessional. I asked for reference photos which she refused. I wanted to know if she can handle my type of hair TEXTURE. Wouldn’t want that negativity around me, or anyone else.

Tina was very rude. I couldn't even set the appointment. She threw a fit and wouldn’t even respond. I bought a Groupon with a cut and one process color. When she called me back, she asked to send a picture of a color I wanted. I tried to explain that I wanted an A-symmetrical haircut, and a plum or dark red color dyed to my hair. I have dark brown hair so I know if you just color my hair plum or red in one process it will not be a pure color, but it will give it a nice tint especially in the sun. I have done this several times. The red or plum will also dye my gray hair and cover it up. I tried to explain this. She wouldn't even listen to what I was saying and cut me off insisting I send a picture on what I'm thinking and hung up before I could explain that because she is on her way home. I wasn't even sure what I wanted I sent some pictures with similar colors and said something like this or what is possible. Over text she immediately got upset explaining that those colors would take more than a single step process. I tried to explain that I understand that and tried to call to discuss what was possible, and again explain I expected more of a tint. She wouldn't even pick up. I tried explaining over text again, and she wouldn't respond or get back to me even though my phone showed she read my texts. I spent $100 on the Groupon, and you can't just get your money back they only exchange it back for Groupon bucks. If you didn't want to discuss like an adult, and explain what was possible or even listen to my explanation you should not have done a Groupon. With her not even trying to understand or discuss what is possible I had no choice but to exchange the Groupon, but now it was like I wasted $100. I am mad that she wouldn't discuss and explain what was possible and come to a good compromise instead she threw a fit and didn't respond.

We finally found a great place to get our hair done. Tina is amazing at styling our hair, cutting and Brazilian blow outs. We love the location. Great places to eat and shop afterwards.

Sign say walk-ins welcome, if this is how they treat walk-ins forget that. We have have been sitting here for 30min and no one has checked us in, or even said hello and i have an appointment. If my child didn't have prom coming up this weekend I would have found somewhere else to go!

Color was wrong, but cut will take 5 years to grow back. Asked for some layers, without loss of length. I have a shoulder length, bob style on one side, walked out before I lost 8 inches on the other side. I have 4 inch pieces on my crown, that blend with nothing. Cried for 2 hours. On the bright side... I Color corrected.
