I am thrilled with Jacque! She is so attentive starting with an excellent questionnaire to assist her in providing you with just what you like, including asking what you don't like. She listened to my requests and was open to some ideas for future cuts, color and curl. The color turned out perfect and the cut moves/lays well. One of the exceptional parts was the shampoo--SO often, I feel that my scalp is not clean or rinsed well after a cut or color and I need to go home and rewash the same day; Jacque did a wonderful massage and carefully rinsed. Instead of a drudgery, the time spent was an indulgence. It was WELL worth traveling 1:40 to see her. I anticipate my next appt! HUGE thanks, Jacque!!

beware!!! Not only is this hair stylist over priced, she will mess you hair up! Matrix artist? So far from it. Im including the photos that were taken 1 hour (time it took me to drive home) after my Appt! She charged us 38$ to cut my 3 year olds hair. No style, no shampoo, and no blow dry! My child's hair took her less than 2 minutes to cut. She ruined my hair! She didn't touch up old highlights and spotted red all in my hair. Remember, this is a color artist? You can see in the pictures for your self. She claimed she wouldn't refund us and that I may have done something to my hair in a hour to make it look this bad! So what did I do? Wipe blonde of my hair that wasn't done? She didn't even do my highlights to my roots! Stay away! She charged us 150$ it's outrageous! She ended up giving a whole 67$ back, that I'm waiting on. I will be in touch with the owner of tangles salon! My hair looks like a student did it. I had bleeding from the red, that I'm not even that mad about, I'm mad about the inaccurate style of highlighting she did. Please refer to the photos.
