My neice was treated terrible. Her car was totalled by a hit and run. She had an concussion. This lady made fun of her for her confession after her accident. The owner "sun" should be ashamed by her attention to my neice. Horrible for her sake after her time and money spending there she said. I hope you can redeem the reputation she had for you.

I have been coming here for over 30 years and have always been pleased. The salon is attractive and clean. Son, the owner, does a terrific job on my nails and is kind and caring.

Great place for a pedicure! Friendly staff, relaxing chair, really great foot massage, like the best I've had in town! I'll definitely be back!

I went here about a week ago for a gel manicure for the 1st time and left satisfied until a few days pass and my nails started to turn a dirty white. I was out of town but I went back into the shop a week later after arriving back in town to have the color removed. I was blamed that I did something to have it turn another color (which has never happened before) I also received a white gel set pedicure at another location a week prior to going here and had no issues with the white remaining white. I received a horrible rushed removal job. The lady left white polish on my nails and did not buff my nails out after. I am extremely dissatisfied and recommend you go else where.

I've been coming to this nail salon for a few months now. The window clearly says WALK INS WELCOME. This morning I got there at 855am (5 minutes before it opened) and there was only 1 customer in there. I asked for a mani and pedi. I was asked if i had an appointment and I said no. The old lady who was getting her nails done rudely and very loudly scoffs and rolled her eyes because I didn't have an appointment. That made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. The 3 previous times I've been in there me not having an appointment didn't seem like a problem. I felt welcomed and comfortable. I don't know why the vibe was different this morning but I don't think I'll be returning back there.

We love everyone at Jacquelyn’s Nails!!! Best nail salon in town. Everyone is sooo nice and they do an incredible job! I did acrylic and my mom did dip powder and got a pedicure.
