I usually don’t do reviews, but this time I feel I had to. It was my first time at this very well recommended salon. I am still in shock of how horrible was the result of my haircut. I believe my 5y.o. son would do much better job. My hair looks horrible, laughable and I still can’t believe how poorly was the professional technique. I definitely don’t recommend this salon. My level of disappointment is beyond measure. Replying the owner’s comment: it’s been 2 weeks! And you didn’t hear from me before simply because I thought of never coming back to this salon. But the amount of dissatisfaction with how my hair looks these past 14 days, made me put a review here, so others don’t have to put up with the same inconvenience I am now experiencing.

Carol was a wonderful stylist! She was extremely thoughtful throughout the entire process and stopped to make sure I liked everything she was doing, and was very kind with asking for my preferences along the way. I’ll definitely be returning!
