Had my hair cut by Mayra today and I absolutely loved it! Not only did she cut it like I asked but she was very considerate of my hair as it can’t take another round of bleach! I recommend her 100% and look forward to getting more done by her 😁

Whenever I come home to visit, I try and have Diana cut my hair. My hair can be challenging to cut as I have different growth patterns which can sometimes result uneven cuts/lines. I showed Diana a photo of what I wanted, she got right to work and I absolutely loved it! She gets my hair haha.😅 The front desk woman is so nice and welcoming. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences there. Love this salon 💖

I went in there a bit over a year ago. I was looking to get my hair fixed after an at home color mishap. I basically needed the color lifted via bleaching, I suppose, and then a lighter color deposited. The hairdresser that I spoke to basically started laughing at me. As if I were the only person in the world to whom this could have happened. I can't even remember what he suggested afterwards. I left and decided to never give them my business. So unprofessional!

I was really looking forward to having my hair done with you after reading mostly positive reviews. I called on a Tuesday to make an appointment for the following Friday, they asked me what I needed and I told them I wanted to do balayage they told me to go at 11 am and that Jacquie would help me. Friday at 11 I go and they did not had me on their agenda, Jacquie was busy to color my hair and if I needed to have my hair done I had to wait for a different stylist that was busy too, which I would not had mind but what’s the point of making an appointment? I find it very rude that they did not respect my time. Not a very good first impression and I wished I could comment on their hair skills instead of their customer service. If you make an appointment make sure you confirm with them before you show up upon the agreed time since they obviously lack communication between them. As per my review, please note that I had requested to book an appointment for BALAYAGE, not color. If I needed more than one appointment that is understandable, but please do not try to make it seem like you forgot to book in my appointment because you did. Everyone makes mistakes and that can be understood but I don’t like it that not only you are not acknowledging your lack of communication between employees but actually blaming me.

Went to Jáqui’s for the first and I am so happy with everything staff is so friendly and caring I got my hair cut by jaque her self and let me tell you she is fantastic I have never been so happy with my as I am today my mom got her cut too and my mom is very picky and she fell in love with it so if you a good staff and great hair cut recommend jaqui 100%

I was a brunette with major gray COVID roots, decided to go platinum. Marlene did it all in one day, the color came out amazing and she gave me all the information needed to care for my newly bleached hair, she was great and walked me step by step through the process. I’ve been trying to find a reputable hairstylist for years and I finally have, she has many years of experience and is from Miami and is truly wonderful!! If you’re looking for someone new give her an opportunity, I promise you won’t be disappointed!! Thank you Marlene!

I've been going to Jacqui's for years, Julian is my stylist and the people, atmosphere is always first rate. I get my appointment times continuously mixed up and they actually call me the day of to remind me!! Wouldn't go anywhere else. I believe it's THE best Salon in town.

Jacqui is is the owner and still working behind the chair, Jennifer is a very great colorists, Julian is GREAT at blondes and smoothing out frizzy, curly hair, Julie is our nail tech artist here and I am a Surface educator, make-up artist and also certified in Brazilian Blowouts. We have a VARIETY of services to choose from, even down to just a treatment and a basic blowdry!
