ive been getting waxed by Jade since 2022 & honestly, it’s been one of the best luxury experiences. Jade is very down to earth with a bubbly personality. I get a full body wax and i'm in and out in UNDER 45 min every time. The best part, she makes you feel super comfortable, no matter what you’re getting waxed. i would rate my experience 5/5 everytime! Go get waxed by Jade, period.

⭐☆☆☆☆ • Arrived at my scheduled appointment time, but the service was not provided on time. • As a first-time customer, I felt the atmosphere was very non-welcoming. • While the waxing service itself was great and the facility was clean, the overall customer service was disappointing. • I aim to support Black-owned businesses, but experiences like this make it difficult to continue doing so. • Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Literally the best waxing experience I've ever had! Previous to seeing Jade I always had painful and upsetting waxing experiences. I booked with Jade to prepare for an upcoming trip. Initially I was anxious, nervous and filled with trepidation. Jade was able to pick up on my nerves and reassured me that she was a highly skilled waxer and that I was in good hands. The atmosphere is comforting, super clean, with soothing aromatics and feng shui. Jade's waxing technique is flawless and pain-free. No pulling, tugging, burning, or agonizing snatches. She works fluidly and very professionally. I didn't even feel bashful about being nude because she handles your body with professional methodical care. I was skeptical if the allotted time was enough to complete my service, but Jade finished my service with almost 20 minutes left to spare! When we were finished I was surprised at how smooth and happy my skin felt... No redness, irritation or sensitivity. I feel sexy, ultra feminine, and smooth as silk. There's no question that Jade is now my official waxer... I couldn't imagine going anywhere else and allowing myself to have an inferior waxing experience ever again. Jade is THE BEST, no competition.

Jade is great! She’s skillful with the wax, and I never leave her table in pain, with soreness, or any issues during or after the wax. She is detail-oriented and makes sure to get all the hair off. Also, checking in with her every month is therapeutic. She’s always professional yet very down-to-earth and makes me feel right at home and in good company. Also, if you're like me and very particular about your eyebrows, Jade is who you need to go; you always have perfect eyebrows suitable for your face and very natural every time. I highly recommend it; you will leave feeling great!

Was able to be bless to get a Brazilian and an eyebrow wax and I must say it was the best experience. She is knowledgeable and a perfectionist!! Out of all the waxing I’ve had this was by far the less painful. Her atmosphere is such a vibe and soothing!!

Today I got my 2nd full face wax. I so love my results. All my life I've been the hairy face girl. It was embarrassing but what to do. Well going to see Jade was a game changer. I tend to be a wimp with waxing. Not an issue this didn't really hurt. If I experienced any discomfort it was only for a short time. My skin has never looked better and my self confidence is at an all time high. My appointments will be on rotation. Thank you Jade!! Yall it's been 2 years still happy to come and get my grown sexy on. I may walk in like a baby werewolf but you can tell me I'm not the sexiest diva out there when I leave.
