Beautiful place BUT I went there on dec 31st and paid $45 for a pedicure which in the description said “15 minutes foot massage” let me tell you that it is NOT TRUE the massage was barely 2 minutes…. I didn’t complain or argue with the lady because it was almost new years eve but I will come back and I will keep an eye on the massage and will take the minutes otherwise I will ask for a discount since the description is not true.

Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this place. I left Jade Spa with my nails bleeding, feeling harassed by some workers there, and still was forced to pay for full service. I wish I had a different experience but that’s the truth.

I cannot say enough great things about Tina! She is, hands down, the best nail technician I’ve ever been with. I’ve always dreaded having my ingrown toenails cut because it’s usually a painful experience, and I almost always leave with discomfort or bleeding. But Tina completely changed that for me! She took care of my ingrown toenails with such incredible precision and care that I didn’t feel a thing, no pain, no discomfort, and absolutely no bleeding. It was the most pleasant and professional experience I’ve ever had. Tina’s expertise and gentle touch truly set her apart. I also want to say how amazing Helen at the front desk is. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel comfortable right away. She was so attentive, making sure I had everything I needed and checking in to see if I was okay. Helen has such a professional yet friendly vibe, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about making the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. She really made me feel valued as a customer, and I truly appreciated that personal touch

I personally tried going here for a second time BECAUSE my first time I was unsatisfied. This second time I went to get my sweet 15 nails done and the lady gave me a different color of purple. And one that is completely different from the color of my dress. They charged me almost 200 dollars for hands and feet and she was always on her phone not telling me what the end price would be. I really don’t plan on coming back and it hurts because this was supposed to be a really special day for me and my nails to me were one of the most important things to me and now they will stand out from the dress because of how bad they look. PS: She made me bleed while doing my toes.

Took my granddaughter to have gel extension nails 💅🏼 done today and French polish by Mel and she was fabulous !!! Excellent service and Sienna is thrilled with results .. she’s only 10 years old and Mel was so kind and caring too .. highly recommend 💅🏼👌🏻 X

Ah-- mazzzzz -- ing!! Best pedicure I've had in years (and I've had several) The atmosphere is relaxed and private. The services were the best value for the price in the area. They have tons of qualified staff from everything from massages, waxing, nails, facials.

First visit to this spa and I really liked the ambience and the decor. The hostess was lovely and welcoming, however the Swedish massage I was looking forward to did not deliver the experience I wanted. The therapist's flow was lacking, not at all soothing or relaxing and not in line with what a Swedish massage should be. I was in a couples room and the other therapist's phone kept going off which also did not establish or maintain a relaxing atmosphere. Disappointing massage; I will not be returning here for this service.

I usually go here for a pedicure and have a great experience. This last time was horrible. It felt super rushed!! The water temperature was cold, not even warm. She rushed through and cut me on 3 different toes!!! Never had this happen ever! Extremely rough!! Then I take my sister to get her eyebrows waxed for the first time ever and we just wanted to wax her unibrow no shaping. This lady proceeds to shaping my 10 year old sisters eyebrows! Then has the nerve to say “okay now you’re beautiful!” Excuse me!!!!!???? Safe to say I probably won’t be back here.

I have been a loyal customer since 2010. Every time I am in Florida, one of my first stops is to Jade Spa and to Tina❤ She is a top notch professional and since day one, she has put love and care into every service she has provided. I trust her unconditionally and completely with my eyes and eyebrows, manicures and pedicures. Yesterday she microbladed my eyebrows and applied permenant eyeliner to the top and bottom of my eyes. Ha, her sister, is another top jotch professional and just recently, I met Gullia, such a wonderful, friendly young woman😁 Jade spa has nothing but top notch professionals. Please stop by and tell Tammy, the owner,that I sent you! Love you Tina and Ha, see you again soon❤

If I could rate these people 0 I would I come here and get the same thing everytime acrylic on the big toe gel French tip and every time I come it's a different price and I never get pedicures they makeup their prices to how they feeling that day they have nasty attitudes and what ever you do don't get that nasty lady LINDA!!! Looks ain't everything don't get me wrong the place might be beautiful but the people are rude have attitudes and nobody wants that while getting their service their paying for very unnecessary and unprofessional take your money ANYWHERE ELSE!

El lugar se ha dañado, ya no es como antes. Pides manicura spa y solo te cortan cutículas y uñas y pintan más nada, otra cosa es q quieren solo ponerte Gel gel y gel. Ya no te dan el mismo trato que antes. Que es una manicure SPA???? Pues solo te ponen las uñas en agua con alcohol y luego te cortan y pintan las uñas, nada más. Eso es una manicure spa??? 🤦🏻‍♀️😡

This place is very sketchy and whom ever is in charge of answering the phone is useless. They are brain dead or choose to give out false information. I drove 1hour I called 3 times and asked if there was a wait, I was told there was no wait to come. There was a 45-120 minute wait no guarantees. Safe you time and money don’t come here unless you like ghetto and over paying.

I was not pleased with my experience. I asked for matte nails and the nail tech Linda told me that they did not have the top coat . She did not completely remove old nail polish before adding the new color. The matte did not look right and she was aware of it. My nail has already started chipping and I just got them done 2 days ago. The tech was not friendly and did not listen to what I wanted done. I will not return.

Just left the salon, I would not recommend coming here. I asked for a soak off since my nails are easily breaking. The manicurist Linda did not want to do a soak off when I repeatedly told her it was a soak off instead of removing my nails with a acrylic nail. She was rude, rough and not listening to what I told her which was a regular soak off and manicure with no polish. I would avoid coming here, place is pretty but staff not professional.

I don’t think that I have ever been this upset. Just finished walking out of Jade Spa. I usually see Paul who is one of the best nail techs there. Unfortunately he was off today. I got Linda very nice person but she did an absolute horrible job on my nails. She rushed, I wasn’t able to inspect my nails when I was done. Before leaving I realized all my nails were lumpy and sick. It is an absolute horrible job. I go to the front I asked if there’s anyway that someone else can fix the lumps and the thickness of the gel nail polish. They told me if someone else does it, they would have to charge me $30 additional to the $55 I had just paid . Linda had started a pedicure. They said if I went with her again that I would not have to pay. Her service was awful. I did not want her to touch my nails again. Unfortunately I will not be returning. I just needed my gel to be redone and they could not accommodate that without an additional charge. It is sad because the place is so pretty and a lot of the staff is really nice I will not be returning! So disappointed!

I love this place for getting pedicure and eyebrows. Very clean and quick. I usually walk in on Saturdays and they are very nice about accepting walk-ins, if it's a busy time the wait time is usually about 10-20 mins
