Phenomenal! I had a little issue with my gel manicure and they took me in and redid a FULL set free of charge. Very knowledgeable and I feel like I’m in good hands here. Will be my new spot!

Went for simple gel manicure on my birthday . The first nail technician filed the nail too short . Then they switched the technician . They were multi tasking while doing my nails . Took 2 hours so simple mediocre job and charged $60 . It’s Christmas’s time I understand but may be focus on giving quality service than quantity. My boyfriend booked me somewhere else but instead I went here because the last service was great . Completely ruined my mood and day .

Beautiful salon and great customer service (they serve wine 😁) Luke did his thang!! He went above and beyond to give me the look I wanted! This was also my first time getting my real nails done and I love how he made them look. Even though a few needed tips, you can't even tell the difference! I don’t usually leave reviews but this is the first time I have gotten my nails done and can safely say that I do not have a single complaint. I went in for gel X with Mr.Tyler.. His attention to detail and focus on perfection was a breath of fresh air. He was also very professional and patient with me while I decided exactly what I wanted.

Things have gone down hill since my nail tech Michelle left. The side of my toe nails are missing polish and I have polish on my skin. The manicure that I received was horrible. I still have parts of my cuticle cut and other parts are not for each nail bead. My nails were not shaped properly and it’s a full mess. Unfortunately after 3 years of going to the same place. My eyebrows don’t even look the same. I will not be back.

Today was my first time in this salon. I needed a pedicure and received service as soon as I walked in. I must have picked a perfect time because they do get busy. Lien took care of my pedicure and she was so personable and even though she was keeping the trains running, I still felt like I received top notch service! I don’t even live in this area but I will most definitely be back!

I had a great experience at J’Adore! It’s so nice to have a place open on the weekend with my busy M-F work schedule. Lien was so kind and welcoming. She helped me pick out a color and chrome from a picture I saw, and she was right on point! She continued to ensure I liked everything about my nails (shape, length, color, etc) throughout the manicure, which I really appreciated! I love how my nails turned out :)

I had an amazing experience! My husband and I were in town for our anniversary and I desperately needed a pedicure. I saw the Google reviews mentioned Lien was great, so I called on Friday afternoon and got an appointment with her for a gel pedicure the same day. The salon is very clean and the chairs for the pedicures were comfy, and they offer complimentary drinks with your service. Lien was very knowledgeable and gave me great suggestions on my toes. My toes look flawless and beautiful! She’s very down to earth and easy to talk to, and even gave me some great recommendations for restaurants that we ended up visiting (the steakhouse was amazing)! Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Lien. She is truly a gem and I’ll be visiting her every time I come back to visit Charlotte!

Lien did such an incredible job on my nails. I never felt rushed, she paid attention to the shape that I wanted, fixed any imperfection without me having to ask. This is now my new go-to nail salon.

OMG Lien is absolutely the BEST!! I was finishing work across the street and decided to stop in to get my toes done. I was told they were closed but Lien quickly came out and said that she could get me in for my requested service. Awesome customer service!!! She was so nice and did an amazing job. They definitely didn’t have to take Mr after hours but they did and I’m forever thankful. She’s definitely gained a new client.

This was so wonderful! One of the best mani/pedis I’ve had. I happened upon this nail salon while visiting from out of town, and I will definitely be back next time I’m visiting. Lien was so kind and did an amazing job with my nails and not rush the appointment. I highly recommend !!!

I absolutely love this nail salon. Everyone here does a great job and is super friendly, but Lien is especially great. I have been coming here for about a year now and I don’t plan on going anywhere else anytime soon.

I came for mani and pedi while on vacation and now that I’m back home I wish I could take this place with me! I felt so relaxed during service thanks to the staff and beautiful environment. When Lien did my nails she was so friendly, telling me places to visit nearby. Giving my crying baby juice. Then to protect my nails she recommended nail builder which lasted so long. A true 5 stars experience! Can’t thank Lien enough.
