Jessica has been doing my dreadlocks for years, she is absolutely amazing! She’s professional and very talented and understanding that sometimes life happens. If I needed to make an emergency appt I know she would get me right in and fix my problem. I could write 12 pages on how awesome she is but I’ll spare you 😅 highly HIGHLY recommend for locs/color/cut/extensions/etc!

My experience with Jessica was absolutely amazing! She was very knowledgeable and efficient on top of being so gentle!! She's so kind and personable. My hair has truly never felt so healthy and fit me so well. I've recommended a few friends of mine to her as she is just amazing and makes any experience in her salon a great one.

By far the best Salon I've been to. There is something for everyone here. Jessica is an expert at hair, she makes sure you get exactly what you want. I've unfortunately had bad hair experiences in the past so I love Jessica! Not only is she an expert in hair she also does microblading, microshading, ombre powder brows, make up, etc. I got my eyebrows microbladed by her and I absolutely love my new brows. Everyone is different but I experienced no pain and no scabbing. I also get medical facials from Brenda. I've had bad acne scarring from cystic acne and I can see a huge difference and I've only had I think 4 treatments so far. I'm confident to go out without wearing makeup, I didn't think I'd ever feel confident without covering up problem areas. I don’t usually write reviews, but Jessica did such an amazing job I have to! She 100% knows what she’s doing when it comes to hair. She walks you through everything she’s doing or about to do, which isn’t common for me when I just come in for a simple trim. Highly recommend her!! Not to mention the place is super clean and cute✨

I started going to Jessica in 2021. I recently returned to her for my curls as I stopped getting my hair dyed, I came to her for a cut because I trust her with my curls. She truly knows curls and has taken the time to become an expert in hair types and styles other than her own, it truly shows! She knows exactly what she’s doing and is highly knowledgeable. When I would go to her in 2021, my hair was dark brown and I wanted to go for a copper. She bleached my hair and all, my hair was ALWAYS so healthy! I kept my curl patterns, length, and it was sooo pretty and vibrant. She’s the one to trust with your hair!

All I can say is WOW!! First of all, I came to my appointment and Brenda was on time and very professional which I appreciate so much. I decided to get The True Cleanse Facial and my skin has never felt better! I have very dry skin on a normal day but left the salon moisturized and rejuvenated. Brenda ensured I was comfortable during my entire facial and was very pleasant to speak to. I’ll also mention that the salon/medspa itself is clean and beautifully decorated. I felt relaxed the moment I walked in the door. Highly recommend!

Best Salon and MedSpa in Vegas! The salon is gorgeous, the staff are so knowledgeable and talented. If you want to come out looking and feeling like a million bucks, this is the place to go!!! I have not had a good cut in a very long time. I'm so thrilled that I found Jai Salon and Jessica. I'm pretty fussy with my hair (80's girl) and I also have that "back of your head part" that gives me grief, but Jessica was able to help me tame that. I'll be going to Jessica from now on!
