I have been enjoying facials here for a few months now and added massage to my visit yesterday. Both professionals I have received services from are outstanding. (Carli-esthetician and Alana -massage therapist). The facility is so beautiful and calming-a true Zen experience. As an example of their above and beyond customer service, I realized after leaving that I was missing an earring. I really thought it was list and gone forever, but I called anyway just in the off chance it might turn up. Three hours later, I received a call letting me know it had been found !! Bonus happiness to an already amazing experience. I felt respected and cared for even more. Highly recommend this treasure in Denver !!

From the moment I stepped inside, the atmosphere perfectly captured the serene and harmonious Zen-inspired Japanese aesthetic. Having visited Japan before, I initially approached this place with some hesitation, but I was immediately won over by the welcoming ambiance. The staff excel in greeting guests warmly and ensuring you feel comfortable and at ease. They thoughtfully guide you through every step of your chosen service and offer complimentary tea (the lemongrass blend is a standout!). There’s also an option for a complimentary foot soak if you arrive a bit early. Although I didn’t have time to enjoy it on this visit, the designated area looked incredibly tranquil and inviting. I opted for the Thermal Muscle Melt Massage, and it was, without question, the best massage I’ve ever had. My massage therapist was kind, attentive, and highly professional, ensuring my specific needs were addressed, including accommodating an injury with exceptional care. Post-massage, there’s a serene relaxation room where you can unwind, sip more tea, or simply enjoy the peaceful setting. The staff both at check in and check out were warm and welcoming. The environment is soothing. I loved the foot soak and the meditation room. I went with the Rose Quartz facial, which was thorough and included lots of different products, all of which felt wonderful. Two reasons this wasn't a 5 star experience: the Rose Quartz facial description notes facial massage with WARM rose quartz stones, this piece did not happen. At one point, stone rollers were used but they weren't warm and just overall feel this piece was missed. My esthetician was also sniffling and definitely sounded congested. She wore a mask but the fact that she was clearly sick was off-putting and added an edge to the overall experience. I definitely was not able to fully relax, and even considered not even going back into the facial area the moment I heard her speak and sniffle. I do not blame her, I understand we all have to work...this just really took away from the opportunity to relax and unwind. From other reviews, I can see this has been an issue before. I would hope they would be a bit more strict with this policy. Especially in the height of a pretty bad cold/flu/covid season. I would like to return, however don't feel that client safety is a top priority when services are being offered by sick estheticians.

I love Jalan! I see Sophia for my facials and I always have a great experience. My skin has never looked and felt so good. She is so experienced in skin care, making me feel relaxed and educates me on skin care routine at home. Also her scalp massage always puts me to sleep. I recommend seeing Sophia for any skin care you need!

Ive been getting facials with Yarely since her school days, and now I’m so proud to follow her to the spa she works at! I recently got the Men’s Urban Facial, and it was amazing. She always knows how to make the experience super relaxing and takes great care of my skin. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does, and it shows in her work. My skin feels refreshed, clean, and hydrated every time!

This place is great - very warm and welcoming staff and excellent practitioners. Beautiful space, too. The facial spa rooms are a little noisy without doors that close, but that probably isn't enough to stop me from coming back.

Agi and Olivia were amazing! This was my first experience with a massage and facial, and I honestly wish they would have lasted longer. I will certainly be returning and would love to recommend it to anyone who is on the fence. The manager, Rachel, was also extremely helpful and insightful as to inquiring and booking services.

I had the one hour signature massage with Frankie. Both it and she were amazing. And I loved the complimentary foot-soak and lemongrass tea just prior to the massage. The place is so clean, smells fresh and gives the feeling of Zen throughout the stay. Highly recommended in all regards.

I have been a customer of Jalan for many years and have historically had a great experience. However, the most recent time I went I got the winter bliss facial and they completely burned my face to the point where I have large blister on my cheek. Not only did the aesthetician not say anything in the moment, despite the obvious blister, but they also refused to admit that they burned my skin, after I called to let them know the heating product that they use had damaged my skin. I am concerned that they will burn/damage the skin of other customers that do this kind of facial and I am extremely disappointed with the experience and customer service in response to my call. I do not plan to go back.

I took my friend here for her birthday and we had a great time! You start with a foot soak and sipping on some tea. Then you start your service-she got the thermal muscle melt and loved it, I got the cranial tension relief and also loved it:) all the hangout spaces are beautiful and mindfully put together.

I went in for a gua sha facial with Lupita and let me tell you, her hands are magic! I felt so relaxed the whole time. She left my skin snatched and glowy. I got so many compliments on my skin the following day!

I recently visited this spa for what I hoped would be a relaxing massage, but my experience was far from it. My masseuse was clearly sick—coughing and sniffling throughout the appointment. At one point, she even had to step out mid-massage due to a coughing fit. When I asked her if she was okay, all she said was, “yes, I’m ok,” but it was obvious she was unwell. The following day, I woke up feeling sick myself and haven’t been able to leave my house since the appointment. When I brought this up to the manager, she denied any responsibility, insisting they have strict policies against employees working while sick. Clearly, those policies were not enforced, as my husband could hear the masseuse coughing from the next room—it was that loud. This was my first visit, and it will definitely be my last. For the high price of the massage, I expected a much more professional experience. The lack of accountability and disregard for client health and safety is completely unacceptable.

I visited last night and I had the best facial I’ve ever had! Overall a peaceful and wonderful experience. We had tea and soaked our feet while we waited. The girl that did my facial was absolutely amazing. I wish I could remember her name. You could tell she really knew was she was doing. She knew so much about skin and gave great recommendations. Everyone working there was so nice and welcoming. A plus was the tea there it was the best tea I ever had too! I will definitely be back. My skin is glowing. Thank you!

Olivia is the BEST! I always book with her for any facial services because she is so knowledgeable about the products and has an exquisite touch. Her technique is gentle and soothing and the neck and scalp massages she gives are gloriously relaxing. Im drooling by the time it's all done.

The vibes and atmosphere at this spa are completely out of this world. The front desk people are very friendly and knowledgeable I received the vanilla latte facial. My provider was Whitney and she did an amazing job. My skin is still glowing highly recommend and the Holiday decorations, they have are so cute 🥰

Unfortunately I was disappointed with my facial today. This was my 2nd mama to be facial and my first one during my 1st trimester was 10/10 amazing so I was really looking forward to treating myself again. But it was lack luster. It felt like very transactional skincare vs a pampered facial. For the price point my last facial was amazing with a neck rub, facial massage, under eye massage, etc along with the skincare. This treatment sadly did not have that and left me feeling that the service was not worth the cost. Overall the spa is wonderful but this treatment was a disappointment.
