After moving across the country, finding a new massage therapist wasn't so easy. James Snapp is truly educated in his field and provides an exceptional THERAPEUTIC massage that benefits the body so much! After my first appointment, I purchased the special multi pack because I new my search was over and I'd be back regularly. Added bonus is that he is a genuinely nice person who cares about each and every client!

Its funny because the people who decide to leave a bad review dont even give a reasoning behind it. I have been going to james for over two years now. I have had major back and neck problems. I have done his tub and bio mat and they are both amazing healing experiences. James has not only become my monthly routine but also a great friend. I originally first went to him after i got into a car wreck and my mom found him on groupon and got me the 3 sessions with all 3 expereinces included. I went about a year with out going back due to finances and then started needing to go back again and realized it was beneficial for my health to keep going every month. And i am hooked now. I look forward to it and james is very nice and professional and makes our sessions to my exact needs and i have never left un satisfied. He is very understanding and works with my crazy schedule to fit me in even on last minute emergencies. I will never go any where else and you shouldn't either. His rates are amazing as well!!! Litterally nothing bad to say about James and his business. Worth every penny If not more. Thank you james for doing what you do for all us in need. You are amazing! -janessa

James is absolutely amazing and always exceeds my expectations! I have been to many massage people over the years and I will never go anywhere else. I cannot recommend enough, he really knows his work. Not only do I feel incredible, but I’ve maintained better flexibility and physical healing. I have been going to James over 6 years, possibly the best quality-of-life decision I’ve ever made for myself.

Prior to beginning the massage, James asked questions to determine the areas that needed to be worked on. He worked on my frozen shoulder using protocols he previously learned. After the massage, my range of motion improved and my pain was deceased. James was friendly and professional. The office was clean and tidy.

I got a Thai Massage and it was phenomenal! He reset my sacrum, and really helped me release some rhomboid tightness. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone. Very professional and knowledgable.

James is one of my favorite massage therapists, he does great work, I really like his technique and it involves a little stretching. Relaxing massages with right amount of pressure. I've tried the float and biomat before which are nice too. Good value when there's a deal.

James is an excellent therapist! He uses different techniques and provided a calming experience! I’ve never done a float before and it was so relaxing! I normally have a lot of pain in my back and upper body from computer work and a car accident. I just had my float, massage and biomat session last night and woke up this morning feeling pain free in my back and neck!

This is the best place for a good massage by far in the East Valley!! James is calm and professional. He uses different techniques and pressure to loosen those tight areas if you tell me.

Amazing! The float and bio were wonderful but the real highlight was the massage. Can’t get over how good it was. I don’t usually leave reviews but James deserves every bit of succuss he gets and then some. This was an anniversary gift and my husband did his research since I used to be an LMT and can be pretty picky. Best gift EVER!

Best massage and Thai massage ever! I am extremely happy with Snapps therapeutic. I have been here twice already. James is very professional and always makes me feel sooo much better. My lower back was bothering me and it's not anymore I will be back. Very calming and relaxing I love it!

Plus I feel like he offers very competitive rates especially if you buy multiple massages. He's seriously awesome, highly recommend!!

My first appointment just finished and I can't wait to come back! James was extremely knowledgeable, personable and really listens to you and your body on what you need to have done. I was truly delighted to see he wasn't a massage therapist that just follows a typical routine for every client. I've already made my next appointment and look forward to feeling this great again!
