Had a great experience trying out this salon - had a scalp treatment and blowout and they did a great job, but I really appreciated the kindness and positive energy in the salon. It's also very beautiful inside and they have tons of options to choose from!

I had to attend a gala in Austin and had not made plans for hair and makeup. I called Janet St.Paul salon the day before-- because they were close to the hotel where I was going to be staying. Laura took care of me-- she listened carefully and did the most wonderful light makeup. I didn't want to look like a mannequin! And a partial updo which was lovely. I highly recommend the Janet St. Paul salon in downtown Austin, and Laura in particular!

After a few months without going to the salon, and new to the wonderful city of Austin I decided to give myself a treat, I made an appointment at Janet St. Paul Studio for Hair and Beauty, when I entered I felt a wonderful energy throughout the space, I was well received by Natasha. I feeling renewed with my hair cut, Carsen did a beautiful job on my hair. It's worth a visit Janet St. Paul Studio. It was an incredible experience. I booked a blowout and makeup application at Janet St. Paul Studio ahead of my rehearsal dinner in Austin and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The entire team was kind and welcoming and everything from the shampoo to the blowout to the makeup application was executed in a very professional way. Everyone made me feel comfortable and was easy to talk to. And, most importantly, my hair and makeup were done just like I asked. I’m not local to Austin but would recommend the salon to anyone who is.

Amazing! I couldn't possibly rave about them more! From the moment you enter the building, to the moment you leave, you are treated like a long-lost friend. Laura was my stylist. I had some... special requirements... and she stepped forward to accept the challenge. She took the little, vague, input I gave, offered amazing advice, and then made magic happen! I feel like a new woman, a million dollars, and I can't stop smiling! This is a dear place to me now. Do yourself the favor.

Had a really great experience. Haircut was amazing. The appointment was not rushed at all. I felt my stylist was very patient, she listened to my concerns and gave lots of recommendations to improve the overall quality of hair. Its expensive but i think it was worth it.

You will be impressed with their skill level and enjoy the experience. They take time to consider the details when determining cut and color. My hair color looks as natural as it did in my younger years. I highly recommend them.

I had the Lasio smoothing treatment (I believe that’s what it’s called) done with Michelle a few weeks ago and it is AMAZING. Complete life changer. I have had other treatments done & none have been this good. My hair is extremely coarse & frizzy. After this, to “test it” I just used shampoo, no products & let it air dry & it looks better than I could ever get it after conditioner & styling it! And it feels much softer. And Michelle is amazing as well. Natasha at the front was very friendly and the salon had a great vibe & I had personally never seen the air vent system (not sure what it’s called exactly) that filters out all the fume of the treatments so there was not harsh smell & it didn’t burn my eyes like others have in the past (simply the chemicals in the air would make my eyes sting badly). Overall extremely satisfied & I would highly highly recommend them. Thank you & I’ll see you all in a few months!
