Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I recently scheduled an appointment for a facial at Jannine’s Artistry specifically requesting Karina due to their excellent reputation and my previous positive experience with her. Unfortunately, my visit turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. I was texted by Karina in the morning to change the appointment time from 1pm to 12:30pm, so I agree, then at 12:00 I received another text from Celeste to come earlier since she was done. Upon arrival, I was informed that Karina was unavailable and that another esthetician would be handling my appointment. This change was neither communicated to me in advance nor discussed with me upon arrival, which was highly unprofessional. When I expressed my concern and requested Karina as I made the appointment with her the staff insisted that I proceed with the new esthetician, making me feel pressured and uncomfortable. The entire experience felt rushed and impersonal, and I did not receive the quality of service I had expected. It's clear that Jannine’s Artistry prioritizes their convenience over their clients' preferences and satisfaction. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values clear communication and respect for their choices. Very disappointed!

I recently visited Janine's Artistry for the third time and had yet another extraordinary experience. Janine is an incredibly skilled esthetician whose passion and dedication shine through in every service. She took the time to understand my skincare needs and provided a personalized treatment.

I had an excellent experience with Janine. She is very good at reading your skin and knowing what to recommend. It was relaxing, very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend her. She is in high demand so it may take some time to get it, but well worth it! 😊

Unfortunately this business is very poor at communicating. My daughter, home on lea ve from the AF, scheduled couples facials for her and I and they canceled on us and advised we can reschedule. We did so online, even called to confirm. It's been over a week and we've called plenty of times and left several messages only to be told they would call us back and finally just ignored. Save you're precious time. I will not waste another minute trying to force business on an unprofessional one.

I have been coming to Christine for a few months now and I love it. Many people will do the bare minimum to get you in and out the door. With Christine this is never the case. She makes sure to take the time to help my skin in all areas needed. What I love most is if my skin is needing a different service, she lets me know and we do whats best for my skin. Will be coming to Christine for all my facials. 🤍

I went here to see Christine since I follow her IG (where she posts SO MUCH GREAT information about skin care). Now, I am someone whose never gotten a facial before, nor did I ever think I would- but Christine’s posts made it SO tempting! I gave in and booked an appointment with her for me and my partner. Not only did she exceed both our expectations with how nice it felt (and how nice our faces looked after), but she also made us feel beyond comfortable. I don’t like people touching me (PTSD related issues) so there was a panic attack before showing up, and my partner is also not a fan of being around people he doesn’t know- yet Christine made us feel beyond comfortable and was able to read our social vibes and tailor her conversation per our social type. I absolutely will only get facials done by her for as long as she lets me- I’ve never felt more pampered in my entire life and personally view Christine as a beyond gifted, genuinely good hearted person. She is hands down INCREDIBLE!!!! If you’re unsure who to see for any type of facial, or hesitant on getting a facial in general like me, trust me when I tell you, SHE IS WORTH IT!

I’ve been going to Janine’s for the last year and my skin has transformed! I have normal/dry skin with acne scars from my teen days and now I can go out with no foundation. Highly recommend micro-needling and hydro facial.

Purchased an online course and it has been well over a month and no course was ever sent to me but of course my card was charged right away. I tried messaging her and trying to reach her office through the numbers listed and never was able to speak to anyone. Crazy to have such a big online following but scam the people who are giving you business. Do not recommend

I am a licensed esthetician and took advantage of the Collaboration with the advance esthetician program to learn about facial training on Dermaplaning, Nano needling, Extractions with Janine's Artistry and the experience was fascinating. She is so good at training!! The way she explains thing is sooooo good she makes sure you are understanding every bit of information she is sharing with you. Provides you with great tips on techniques, products and tools that will help your facials be as great with Janines Training you will for sure grow in your techniques as an esthetician. I booked an appointment for black Friday with one of the employees, she was very kind and send me the link to book my facial for the next day at 9:00am. I live in New Mexico and so we were staying at one of the hotels on the strip, so I woke up at 6:00am to be able to have time to get ready, walk all the way to the parking garage, and drive 35 minutes to the Janines Artistry Studio. I got there before 9:00 and the place looked empty, and I checked my phone and I received a txt at 8:47am saying that unfortunately they couldn't take my appointment, and that they had availability next week. I had previously told the girl that I was from out of town and was leaving the next day. I called her many times, texted her to see why she couldn't see me, I was already outside, but she did not answer my calls. I was so disappointed because I was so happy and excited to finally go to the place, I had followed so much on Instagram, and this is the quality of service I received. Later in the day, she texted me saying to go in at 4:30 but I did not text back. I was scared she would do the same thing, and it was hard to be driving back and forth in city I don't know, walk all the way to my room (because its a very long walk). I ended up just getting a facial at the hotel I was staying.

I found out about Janine's Artistry on Instagram, and I decided to book an appointment with aesthetician Christine for my first facial. I did the Extraction Facial as I had a problem with acne. After receiving that facial, my skin got better as it was less congested. In addition, my pores got smaller I had fewer breakouts and my skin is getting better. I went last week for the Nano-needling Facial, to work on my acne scarring. In both of my sessions, Christine was an absolute treasure! She would explain what was being put on my skin, always made sure and asked if I was comfortable, and was a lovely person to talk to. Her facial massages were so relaxing. My overall experience here is amazing. I am going to see Christine again for continuous sessions. My skin is looking and feeling better, and I am thankful to Christine for making me glow. Janine's Artistry truly has a fantastic advanced aesthetician team who takes care of your skin and facial needs.

Let me Just tell all you guys out there, if you’re looking for the GREATEST FACIAL EVER, this is the place to go!!! My husband and I did a couple facial with Janine and Celeste, and from start to finish it was beyond amazing!! I fell in love with my husband all over again. His skin was truly glowing and flawless to say the least. Janine did my facial And I swear, I look 20 again 👍🏻 I can brag all day long, but you guys out there shopping around for facials, I highly recommend you make you’re appointments, so you can experience the same as I we did!!!!! This was my first time visiting this place. I did a Dermaplane facial for the first time. The experience was absolutely fabulous!! I have sensitive skin but this happened with no irritations or issues. My girl Diana was awesome!! Will see you again. Hopefully sooner than later. 😉❤️

I found Janine’s Artistry Studio while on Instagram. I followed her account and started to watch her reels and posts. After seeing the work she did I decided to book an appointment with her. My first facial I booked with her was an extraction facial. I was breaking out due to wearing the faced masks. Since that facial my skin has cleared up and haven’t had any major breakouts!!! I now see her monthly to keep my skin healthy. I started the nano needling treatment to help with old acne scaring. My skin is definitely feeling and looking better!! Janine is absolutely great at what she does! I am thankful I found such an amazing cosmetologist!! I wouldn’t trust my face with anyone else!!

I have been a faithful client of Janine’s for almost 2 years now and let me tell you, I call her the skin doctor! My skin had gone through it ALL from over the counter products to prescribed topical treatments(that only made things worst) to chemical peels that I got no real results from. I struggle with hormonal acne and she keeps it in check. My very first facial with Janine was a derma-plane facial and ever since then my skin life has changed for the better!! Every visit with her is phenomenal from start to finish. She knows EXACTLY what my skin needs when I lie down on the table and the calming sounds that she plays in the background really adds to the experience. Her customer service is top tier and I’ll just say this, if you want to take your skin to the NEXT level, Janine is the girl to do it!!!

I have been going to Janine's since last year. I alternate between the RF- microneedle, the dermaplane and hydrating facials my skin is so healthy and glowing! My 2 daughters also go! The care and attention by all the staff is 5 star.

I never broke out on my cheeks until I got pregnant, then I started to get bad hormonal acne. I found Janine’s Artistry on instagram and loved her videos of extractions so I decided to try them out. I booked the deep pore cleansing facial and Janine TRULY SAVED MY FACE! I could tell a difference after just one facial. I will post before and after pics after 2 facials, the difference speaks for itself :) She has a cute little suite with a relaxing vibe, it’s always a nice time when I’m there. I’ve been to Janine the last 2 months (once a month) and my experience has been fantastic. Not only was my skin already looking healthier just after my first facial, but I come home so relaxed. Living a busy life full of many stressors, Janine is officially an essential part of my decompression and relaxation that I definitely need. I’ve gotten the extraction facial, deep pore cleansing facial, and next up is glass skin facial. Highly recommend adding the shoulder and neck massage. Heavenly. All of the products she uses are high quality and leave my skin feeling so nice. Her office is so cute and always clean. Janine herself is super laid back and sweet. I enjoy my time at Janine’s Artistry immensely. Thank you so much Janine!! 💕 see you next month!

Walked into a warm and inviting atmosphere, and walked out with feel good glowing skin. Janine was awesome. She was tentative and very knowledgeable providing many facial treatment options. I’ve had the custom facial and wow! She makes me want to keep coming back for more! Definitely excited to continue my journey for my skin glow up with her.
