I am very sad to be writing this but it has already been numerous times that I have not been satisfied with the service I receive here. I have been a customer for 3 years & I see a new lady every time I go in and they do the opposite of what I ask. The service is not the same as it used to be.

This is absolutely the best place to come get your brows done. I am so impressed every single time I come in! The people who work here are always super friendly and welcoming! I've been coming here for awhile and have never had any issues. If your looking for a solid brow place this is the one.

great threading place. I have tried many eyebrows places in town but I finally found the best eyebrow place. I love my eyebrows and that all ladies are very kind and friendly. they asked how do I like eyebrow before thay do. And thay senitiz after every costumer. I love that place. I suggest to go there to do your eyebrow. Thank u so much girl. 😊

nice people I've been going there for a long time I went in and the price for eyebrows went up $4 she charged me 16.64. the website still says 11.99. that's insane. I will have to find a cheaper place now.

I’ve been going to Janus since I was 15 years old. I have thick eyebrows and they always shape them perfectly. HANDS DOWN BEST THREADING EVER! I will never trust anyone else with my eyebrows. I’m never disappointed. Everyone who works there is amazing, always making sure I leave satisfied.

I have struggled in the past, to find a threading home, but Janu’s best eyebrows is the only place I choose to go to now. They always manage to shape my eyebrows, and clean up exactly how I like. They listen to what I ask for, and they take the time to get my eyebrows perfect. Thank you ❤️

The lady did a fine job, but she made an obvious mistake on my left eyebrow and just acted like she did nothing. Now my left eyebrow has a dip in it.

I have been coming here for years. This place is very clean and has nice music in the background. Even if the place is packed the wait is not to bad. It does not matter who does the eyebrows. Whether it is Janu, her sister or her sister in law they are all fast great and very polite. I never need a mirror afterwards because I trust them. I will keep coming. If you want great eyebrows this is the place to come.

me and my friend have been coming here every other week for a year, the service is always great! Pram is who always helps us and she always does amazing on our eyebrows. it’s always quiet and calming here never chaotic!

Not worth the time or money. This was the first time I tried threading my eyebrows. I came home & had to spend 30 mins plucking my eyebrows. I'll never go back to this place.

I am so sad to have to post this. I just visited today and I've been a customer for about 2 years now or longer. The 2 ladies that are typically there haven't been there now, idk for how long but there is a new lady whom unfortunately did a very poor job on my eyebrows. I didn't realize it until I looked in the mirror and I would have gone back and asked her to fix them but if she already didn't do it right the first time and I've never seen her before, she's never done my eyebrows before I cannot trust her again to go back and have her fix them. I'll have to look for a new place again, and it's difficult because I'm an LA native and there is a plethora of eyebrow threading there while it's scarce here. It's such a disappointment. The top part of my eyebrows are not threaded or cleaned, she didn't trim adequately and the shape is not what I'm used to as the other ladies would do a wonderful job. I wonder if they'll ever come back.

Been coming here for 6 years now and I love the way my eyebrows look everytime. I would wait and drive all the way from Los Lunas just to get my eyebrows threaded here. Very polite and professional every visit. I don't go anywhere else and I won't.

I have been a loyal customer at Janu's Best Eyebrows for over five years, and it deeply pains me to write this review. However, after enduring countless disappointing visits, I feel compelled to share my horrible experience with others. I am utterly dismayed by the consistently poor service and the unprofessional behavior of a particular eyebrow specialist at this establishment. Every time I visit Janu's Best Eyebrows, my only request is to have my big, bushy eyebrows cleaned up. Unfortunately, this particular lady, whom I believe has made it her mission to ruin my brows, consistently disregards my instructions and does far more than what is necessary. It is disheartening to wait for months for my eyebrows to regrow after each visit, as she mindlessly plucks away more hair than required. Imagine coming in with a unibrow, seeking a simple cleanup, and leaving with a vast chasm between your eyebrows. It's absolutely ridiculous! I have repeatedly stressed the importance of maintaining the natural thickness of my eyebrows, yet she seems determined to transform them into minuscule, uneven lines. This stylistic choice does not reflect my preferences in any way. Apart from her poor technique and inability to comprehend my desired outcome, this eyebrow specialist also exhibits shocking rudeness. During the threading process, her rough handling of the thread leaves me trembling with discomfort. Her lack of empathy and disregard for my physical comfort are truly disheartening. Despite these recurring issues, I have hesitated to speak up due to my shyness. However, my recent visit was the last straw. The lady in question managed to surpass all her previous failures by leaving my eyebrows unnaturally thin and excessively short. The outcome was so devastating that I am now contemplating the unthinkable—shaving them off completely. The emotional distress this experience caused me is difficult to put into words, and I was left on the verge of tears. I cannot help but wonder if this stylist harbors a personal vendetta against me, as her consistent mishandling of my eyebrows borders on a hate crime. It is unacceptable that someone entrusted with the task of enhancing their customers' appearance could display such blatant disregard for their wishes and well-being. As someone who has been a loyal patron for years, I implore the management of Janu's Best Eyebrows to address these issues urgently. This establishment has potential, but the incompetence and unprofessionalism of this particular employee tarnish its reputation. I sincerely hope that my feedback serves as a wake-up call, prompting the necessary steps to rectify the situation and ensure that future customers do not endure the same anguish I have experienced.

I was just passing through town. The place was clean, quiet with a little music in the background on TV. There was a lot of people when I walked in but it went fairly steady. The lady was polite and definitely has a lot of experience in maintaining everyone's unique eyebrow shape. I had burned my eyebrows so one side is thicker and sparse than the other but she made it even and great. Very happy customer and will be back:)

Great service, I did show up about 25 minutes before close and I wasn’t in the chair until 30 minutes after close due to a large waiting line which to me seemed like I was in the right place if there’s 20 people in line getting their eyebrows done. My eyebrows were perfect and I did get a punch card for my next visits. Highly recommend

I come here often but this time the lady that did my eyebrows, was rushing through them. did my eyebrows far apart and left them uneven and it looks half way done. never again.
