I've been trying to make an appointment for about 2 weeks and you always say that there is no space and when I ask for the next day he says he doesn't know I don't understand because he opens if he doesn't make appointments I don't recommend the place I'll always go elsewhere to an excuse and it's very rude

Came on 3/13/2023. As soon as I walk in there are dogs barking and the lady was really rude asking about my age, "SHES BUSY ANYWAY AND THE SAUNA IS BROKEN" "How old are you ANYWAY" Completely unprofessional and unwelcoming.
