Went here based on a recommendation from my friend. Owner was very friendly. Massage and reflexology were superb. Really good pressure. Scrub and hot stone were new for me and they were awesome additions for further relaxation. Reasonably priced and great service. Will be back again soon.

This was my first time doing a foot massage and detox. It was amazing! It was a nice, quiet atmosphere and the staff were pleasant and efficient. I also got a 60 min full body while there, and to date, it was the best one I’ve had so far. The hot stones were a surprise and I am a huge fan :)

I've been there twice, and the foot reflexology is superb. The only detraction is the male proprietor's surliness. He sished me twice in my treatment room for speaking in a normal voice while allowing others in the vestibule area to speak loudly to him. That said, with the included hot stones and scrub, this is a great beneficial value.

Our experience started and ended frustratingly. As soon as we walked in, the staff member became agitated when I mentioned we had a Groupon. He asked to see it and then stated that the Groupon was only for 30 minutes. My wife explained that we had purchased a 30-minute detox session and a 30-minute massage, but he responded harshly, saying, "No, it's only 30 minutes." I attempted to clarify by saying, "No, this is what the Groupon description states," but he interrupted me, accusing me of yelling and warning that I would be asked to leave if I didn't stop. I tried to whisper as quietly as possible, urging him to honor the Groupon. Eventually, he agreed to the terms outlined in the Groupon but mumbled that Groupons are different and that we should pay the full price during our visit. After our session, as we were leaving the room, he was in the hallway and asked if we had tipped in the room. When I said I had no cash, he insisted that I give him a card so he could take the tip. While we are willing to tip for good service, we were unhappy with how he handled the situation. He demanded a tip just as we were walking out of the room. If the establishment does not want people to use Groupons, they should not offer them at all.

Hidden gem in las vegas! As long as i can i will be going to this place. Amazingly friendly people. Very courteous unlike other places. Absolutely no farce characters. I had a very relaxing time. Aime is my all time favorite! I will be back soon!

When I recently visited Japan spa using a Groupon I received from a friend, I was hoping for the same great experience I'd had before. Unfortunately, this visit was quite disappointing. From the moment I mentioned the Groupon, the staff's attitude shifted noticeably. I felt like an unwanted guest rather than a valued customer. The warm and welcoming atmosphere I remembered from my previous visit was absent. Instead, I encountered curt responses and a lack of enthusiasm from the staff. This experience was a stark contrast to the pleasant service I had enjoyed before. I understand that businesses offer Groupons to attract new customers and reward loyal ones, so it was disheartening to be treated differently. A consistent level of service, regardless of the payment method, is crucial for maintaining customer loyalty. Unfortunately, this visit has left a negative impression, and I am hesitant to return or recommend Japan foot spa to others.

Worst "relaxing" experience ever!! Took my mother there for an 1-hour Mothers Day foot massage. This place spent the same amount of time "getting ready" as they did massaging our feet. Once they begun, this place seemed to turn into a child day-care center. Children ranging in age from toddler to approx 7 yrs old, watching cartoons on their phones, volume loud. On top of that these children seemed sick as they were constantly coughing. Phlegmy/wet sounding couch. This went on for the rest of our session...55 mins or so. SUPER UNPLEASANT!!! Loud noise from cartoons on cell phones, and coughing kids is NOT environment where one should go to relax. Let alone spend your money at! NEVER going back there!! NEVER!!!

Awesome experience! Best foot spa I have ever been to! I called to ask if they could take two people in 15 min, and they told me they could accommodate in about 25 min. We were kindly greeted, and places in the same room. I received a 60 min combo, and my fiance received a 60 min swedish massage. They were both amazing. Mine was exceptionally perfect, not painful or too rough. My fiance has problems getting massages because of back pain, and he said it was the best one he has ever had! Thanks so much, we will be back!

Our new favorite spa. Susan and Ellen were absolutely AMAZING. First, it was so easy to get an appointment. We simply sent a message in the chat and they responded right away! We asked for a last minute appointment (and was expecting to be denied but were hopeful) and they made it happen! We got in right away. We got a couple’s massage and chose the Spa Special (60 min body, 30 min foot, with hot stone/body scrub). I have been to numerous massage spas in Las Vegas and they have always relieved ‘some’ of the tension in my shoulders/back. But not Japan Foot Spa. Susan and Ellen clearly knew what they were doing. The way they got all of the knots out of our shoulders/shoulder blades was nothing short of pure talent and care. I generally never feel like spas have cared about curing me of my pain but I truly felt like Susan and Ellen made it their mission to actually take away our tension/knots (my husband and I agree that they pretty much found them all but they advised that our backs were so tight and the 60 minutes wouldn’t be enough to really get them all out. We agree! Planning on getting a 90 min body next time!). It was deep tissue so we are definitely going to be sore tomorrow but for good reason! Thank you so so so much to Susan and Ellen for giving us the pain relief we have been looking for. Another important thing to note is the comfort—Whenever we are faced down on the table, our faces were placed on a soft pillow vs just the hole in the bed like other places. We highly recommend the Spa Special to anyone who wants to try everything out. We will be regulars for sure!

Been there several times through different ownerships. This review is for the current staff. Very tight parking. Several restaurants in that area so timing is crucial. Front desk is friendly and courteous. The place is slightly upgraded from before. Massage rooms are adequate size. Pricing has gone up. Never had a bad massage with the current staff, nor did I get any grief about the tip. For me, personally, the quality of the old $50 massage is the same as the new $70 massage. Not a fault of the management, just my observation. So as a consumer, I'm hesitant to pay more when I can get thr same for less. Having said all that, I recommend this business.

My husband & I went yesterday for the 1st time. We got the 90 minute couple massage combo package and couldn’t be happier! He was asleep within 3 minutes 😂 Wonderful staff, great pressure, unbeatable prices! Will definitely be back in 2 weeks!

My husband and I went for a 60 minute couples massage. My husband asked for a deep tissue. Once we got started, he asked for a little bit softer of massage and they laughed at him. I tipped each 18%. The lady held out her hand and said “more.” What terrible customer service. We will never go back again.

purchased a Groupon from this place as a gift for a friend. They tried to hold her hostage forcing her to tip. They have no written policy that you must tip. Tips are not mandatory. So for it to be a gift certificate I am not understanding why she was forced to tip. Not only that the staff was beyond rude telling us not to come there because they did not include their tip in their price of the certificate. if you aren’t paying your employees enough and are forcing customers to tip for them to get paid that’s a problem. I will be contacting Groupon to have your business removed.

This is the best foot/massage spa on the SW side of Vegas! The staff is incredibly attentive, and the prices are great! I went in today after I’ve been having a stiff neck and sore feet. I got the full body combo and it was just what I needed. My masseuse paid attention to being easier on my lower back and worked through the areas that were tight. The reflexology portion was probably the best foot treatment I have ever had and the toxins that came out of my feet was insane! I will definitely be back in a couple weeks.
