I had a great therapeutic session with FiFi. She was polite, careful, knowledgeable and strong, and used back-walking to great effect on my sore legs and torso. The new location is very relaxing and charming. The women in attendance wear what appears to be traditional garb and you immediately feel special when greeted at the door. The use of music and luxurious fabrics speak to an awareness by the owner of the impact of the environment on your total experience as a customer. This business splits the difference between a high-end spa experience, and one of the many lower-end foot massage experiences. The price is a bit higher than some, and so too is the quality of the experience - right down to the very soft sheets. They post a recommended tip framework that suggests between 20 and 60 dollars for the therapist, which might be considered to be aggressive. Rather than a fixed tip amount regardless of time, I make it a habit to tip 20 dollars per half hour, and that amount seemed to meet with approval. There was no pressure applied by any of the staff to tip - just the sign at the desk. Sound will travel between treatment areas, due to their being only heavy drapes between you and the other clients. The entire store is housed in a single loft-like space that is very artsy and as mentioned, beautifully appointed. There are, however no walls between treatment areas. I would suggest that a box of tissues be added to the treatment room as upon turning onto my back, I usually need to clear my nose and I suspect, I am not the only one with such a habit. I will return for another session, the next time my back is sore.

I’ve been a client for about 1 year now, and just visited Jasmine J’s new Burnet location for the first time. The welcoming atmosphere is a great place to relax and enjoy a high-quality massage. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE (I walked out) A few things went wrong here. The address posted on the website is not the same address the studio is located at. When I arrived at the address on the website, it took me to a closed-down shop in an unsafe area. I called to confirm my appointment and was texted an alternative address. This was already a bit of a red flag, but the new location was in a safer area so I didn’t mind. Upon arriving, the front desk lady was unaware of my appointment even though I’d just spoken to her 5 minutes prior. She becomes flustered and begins to call someone on her cell phone. She ushers me into a fake room set up with a CURTAIN?! There are no actual closed private massage rooms in this place. They expect everyone to be massaged in the lobby with nothing but a thin curtain separating them from the general public. No locked doors or safety was taken into consideration with this setup. I step behind the curtain, and she rudely tells me to “Lay down and undress” repeatedly. I respond firmly and tell her, “I understand you. I need privacy before I undress.” She then told me once again to “Lay down and undress” and would NOT leave the room. I became extremely uncomfortable with her attempting to force me to undress in front of her. I said, “I do NOT want to do business with you anymore.” and got the hell out of there. This place is so sketchy.

Hands down, the BEST massage I’ve ever had! Oh my GOD! I walked in with intense neck and shoulder pain, and within an HOUR, it was completely gone – all thanks to the magical hands of the therapist who worked on me. Pure bliss! From the moment I arrived, the attention to detail was exceptional. The staff was incredibly attentive, always checking in to see if the pressure was right and asking about my pain points. They even used soothing hot stones that took the relaxation to another level. I was so relaxed, I literally fell asleep during half of the session – that’s how good it was! This place deserves more than five stars – it’s a true gem. I’m so grateful for the amazing care I received and I’ll definitely be back every month if possible. If you’re stressed and need to unwind, this is THE place to go. Highly recommend it to everyone!

I have to give a huge shout out to the friendly and awesome folks at Jasmine J Massage! I decided to pamper myself with a couple of their amazing spa treatment options. First of all, this spa has a very serene atmosphere and is beautifully decorated. I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming group of front desk gals. I had the 120-minute Body Massage in addition to the 30-minute Scalp and Neck Massage with Fifi, both services back-to-back for a total of 150 minutes of self-care and pampering. She is pure magic and beyond knowledgeable and skilled in her craft! She massaged and stretched me in areas that I didn't know were possible! Fifi is so exceptional that I will be specifically requesting for her for my future treatments as both of my treatments with her were beyond amazing! I plan to return to this spa monthly!! I urge you to give them a shot and promise you won't be disappointed.

I'm absolutely in love with Jasmine J Massage! Sara, one of their talented Thai therapist, delivers an authentic and amazing Thai massage experience. While it's a bit pricier ($100 for 60 minutes) than their combination massage ($80 for 60 minutes), it's well worth it! I've tried both the combination massage (Thai, deep tissue, and Swedish) and Sara's traditional Thai massage, and I must say, I love them both! The team at Jasmine J Massage is top-notch, and I highly recommend them. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give them ten stars if I could!

What a wonderful massage spa experience! From the moment I walked in, the ambience immediately put me at ease. Jasmine welcomed me and took the time to ask about my concerns and pain points, ensuring I felt comfortable and cared for right from the start. Therapist FiFi was fantastic. Jasmin J Massage is absolutely wonderful! I went by recommendation of family and had such an awesome experience. Jessica was my masseuse and she’s an absolute talent and gem! She’s so easy to talk to and she just gets it! It’s like she knew exactly what my tired muscles needed. I feel like she was also really sensitive to my body and just how it responded to her massage flow. I am definitely going to go back again and again for body maintenance.

I've never gotten a massage before so I was nervous but Miss Jasmine was very kind and welcoming and Sheri was a great masseuse. I came in feeling sore but left feeling very relaxed. Worth my time and I plan on coming back again.
