Clean nail salon. I'm able to get a dip/powder manicure without using UV light at all, which is really important to me as I've had melanoma. Nail techs are friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

Had a pleasant experience getting my nails done. The technician was professional, and the place was clean. I asked for a cute and simple design on my nails, and she was able to come up with something really quickly. My no chip lasted a long time, too. Highly recommend this place.

I walked into this nail salon while in town for convention the manicurist was getting her nails done by one of the associates and said they didn't have anybody in that could do a nail repair. It was very clear because it was not a significant sale she was not interested in performing the service. I would not recommend this nail salon

Just got a pedi this afternoon at Jasmine Nails, and it was such a relaxing experience! My nail tech was amazing—she made my toes look so much better than how they originally were. She was super gentle too and can't wait to come back later this week for a mani!

No-chip manicure chipped after 3 days. Nail bed surface is rough and bumpy. Cuticles still very visible - barely trimmed. Subpar pedi. Very disappointed and won’t be back.

I have been going to this salon for the past few months. Lovely place with great services. Would recommend to schedule beforehand if you plan to come during lunch hours.

Love this place! They always do an amazing job! Got a no chip manicure and a pedicure done. My no chips lasts forever. They are very affordable and clean.

I always have a great experience here. No matter who does my nails they always come out great. My dip manicures last well over four weeks - great quality for the price!

Initially, I had my nails done on March 1st, 2024, and they were fine for a week. However, later in that same week, the paint on my left thumbnail chipped off. Subsequently, I decided to return and have it fixed by scheduling another appointment for a refill today. I didn't voice any complaints; all I wanted to do was arrange an appointment as politely as possible. However, the lady on the other end abruptly ended the call without explanation. Upon calling again to inquire about the refill appointment and its pricing, she rudely informed me that the technician was unavailable. It would have been courteous to mention this earlier when I initially called to schedule the appointment. Based on this experience, I would not recommend going there as there seems to be a risk of nail paint chipping off, and the staff can be rude.

I get a pedicure here once every 3 weeks and the text here are very kind and the equipment is clean. Very convenient for my office as well being right in the middle of the loop

I had a manicure and pedicure both no chip, both the same color, on Thursday, by the following Saturday they had faded and my toes went from pink to yellow. My hands were starting to get blotchy with yellow blotches. When I went in on Tuesday, they were closed Monday, I was told it was probably bleach that damaged the color. I had not been in any bleach. I was told a pool could do that to the polish. Come on! Since when does a pool change only the toe color. Then I was told it was probably my hair color. I haven't colored my hair in months They did fix it and repaint, but I had to choose the same color. I wanted to choose something different, just in case it was the polish. I will not be going back.

I have gotten standard no chip before and it was great. I went for the first time and got “chrome” no chip. Within 4 days the top clear coat started chipping off.

I only went here 3 times. The first time the nails were okay and I was happy with them. When I came for my second fill 2 nails had chipped after 2 days. When I came in for the 3rd fill in the lady started popping off all my nails and said I must be in the water a lot (No I'm not.... outside of the daily shower). She told me I needed a whole new set which would now cost $70 for the take off and the new set instead of the regular $50 fill in. I told her to just leave them off. Then she said fine it'll be $50 and rushed me out of there. 3 of the nails chipped again within 2 days. I wont be back. I believe whatever material they use is either exceptionally cheap or old. My nails are short and I never waited more than 2 weeks to get my fill ins. The chipping should not occur so soon.

No no no don't go here! I got a pedicure and it's trash. For 35 dollars I could have done it like that for free. My nails are all a different shape. One big toe nail is longer than the other the other is cut on a slight angle. The nail polish looks lumpy. The lotion left my feet looking dryer than when I came in. Its a no for me

They charged me $35 for a terrible pedicure. My feet are a little extra dry from the winter. She barely spent any time scrubbing my heels. I waited longer with my feet soaking then the time she took for the actual pedicure. This is absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn’t be as angry if it was a little cheaper. $35!? Plus she had the audacity to keep the change (I gave her two $20s) and assume it was her tip. Never going back.

I have potentially found my new nail salon. It is a bit pricey (reason for 4 stars) but for downtown Chicago compared to shops on the Southside, it's 100% worth it in my opinion. Professional, fast, attention to detail and great customer service. I will be going back!

I received manicure & pedicure services, and the experience was not satisfactory. Specifically, I felt highly rushed through both services, and the nail technician cut my cuticle so severely that it required a bandaid as she couldn't stop the bleeding. Since the business did not have bandaids available, she offered to use glue to stop the bleeding, to which I objected. When I tried to share my experience with the servicer, she was argumentative and rude and began to raise her voice. None of the other staff attempted to calm her down, and they were silent.

Not sure if they was having an off day but my goodness. Getting my nails done us a very relaxing time for me. I got them done around 3:00 p.m. and this is my results. I was so sleepy this day that I did not noticed the one nail that was not done correctly and the base of the other them. When I noticed it I made it all the way home. I jumped back on the train and went back to the Jasmine nails & spa so they can fixed it. Do to my surprised they was closed at 5:30 p.m. But there sign on there door and website said 6:00 p.m.. I very disappointed 😞

Yet another stunning set from Jenny! My nails always come out perfect and Jenny is SO nice and fun! Atmosphere is amazing, and pricing is great. I can’t say enough great things about this place! This is the only place I ever go.
