This was the worst experience i have ever had!!! I schedule an appt with Javier this morning. I was recommended by family and friends. So thought give it a try. I had a balayage highlights 6 months ago and needed a retouch. I notices when he started on my hair he did not use foil and did not use teasing technique like the last time i got my hair done. But i figured he knew what he was doing right? Wrong!!! After he painted bleach on my hair he slopped color on my roots and when i say slopped he had it everywhere!! My face is still stained and it was very messy never experience that from a hair dresser!! He also didnt put me under a drier. I have naturally dark hair so it takes time and heat to lift. When he rinsed it my hair was ORANGE! I told him that and he said no when tries it will be carmel. Nope it was orange. So then he barely trimed it then took me back to the chair and started to bleach my hair again this time he used foil and separted like he was doing highlights but only putting bleach on orange spots and then slopped hair color again on my roots!! Still not dryer.. this time when rinsed it he added more color and put all over my head no toner just hair color and left it for few minutes and rinsed it as he started drying it and styling it he said he couldnt get it lighter it was too processed but color he was putting bleach on was not bleached it was dark hair !!! They got blonde before so?? After styling it he said well that best i can do and charged me $85 bucks. I left and cried the whole way home then when got home i looked at my hair and there stripes like zebra in my hair. The color is in straight line and not how balayage is suppose to look natural not straight line!! My hair looks awful i called him back to tell him and he said well i cant fix it until next week .. i dont want to go back to him if you dont know how to get dark hair to blonde then tell your clients 1st so they can decide to leave and go somewhere else then have their hair ruined and now have to pay someone else to correct it!! Next time i will go back to my salon and never leave!!!
