Shay refused to do my pedicure any longer. After 3 years she decided she was afraid since I have diabetes. But, real problem, to her ,was that i didn't come in every 2 weeks! They make a point of acting congenial, but will talk Mandarin about you! I really used to like going there, but something changed. Not for the best!

I stopped in today for a pedicure needless to say the worst experience ever! Unprofessional staff, Mediocre service, charged a fee to process my card, charged a fee to use a nail file and buffer on my toes. (Like really how petty can a business be) Plus the service was trash! Then you have the nerve to ask me to bless you with a tip! Girl bye! NEVER TO RETURN… WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION The facility needs to be shut down you better hope I don’t call the health department about using them nasty cheese graters on people feet.

I love coming here!! The ladies are all so friendly and they do an amazing job!! They have a lot of beautiful ideas if you don't have your own. They make sure you are happy with your nails. Prices are reasonable, and the salon is very clean and inviting. You pay $1 the first time for your own nail file, etc, then bring it with you each time. Nice massage chairs as you are getting your pedicure. I recommend making an appointment. KK, May, and Shay are awesome!! They never disappoint 🤗 I highly recommend ❤️

I called for a same day appointment the tech assured me she would be able to get me in at 2pm, she then called and said she had a cancellation and did I want to come right now I told her it would take me 20 minutes to get there, I arrived at 152 she told me to pick a color , I stated I wanted gel, she then told me she didn’t have time to do a gel pedicure, I said well will you have time to put tips on my two big toes, she said to me I didn’t need any tips, I said I know but I still like them, knowing I should had left frustration and all I still went ahead took the appointment the worst pedicure I have ever had and I have been to some places, the service was rushed and she painted and cut my toes like a baby . Very disappointed especially since I seen all the good reviews. Never again .

I was in town from Ohio and picked this nail salon based on their positive reviews. I can say that they did not disappoint. They were able fit me in for a pedicure walk-in on a Saturday and I received exceptional customer service! I would definitely recommend this nail salon!

I had to give it a one star because I couldn’t give it zero. This salon was awful. It was the worst experience i’ve ever had. it literally smelled so bad and the owner is disrespectful and mean. Very very unprofessional. The nail tech I ended up switching to was Kamryn. She was amazing and she ended up leaving and i followed her, I don’t blame her. I don’t recommend ever going here. Shouldn’t even be an establishment!!

I’ve struggled for over a year to be happy with my nail service in the Avon area. I tried Jax two days ago and couldn’t be happier with the quality of my full set…and the price can’t be beat. I’m looking forward to scheduling more services in the future. They stay busy, as it’s just two of them at the moment. That’s the only downfall for me. My schedule doesn’t always allow me to pre-schedule. But I’ll make it work to keep coming here. Also…the cleanliness. I’ve never seen a mail shop spend so much time cleaning a pedicure bowl. Very happy to see that!!

The one and only time I went to this salon the owner was huffing and puffing hinting at the nail tech who was doing my nails to hurry up even though they didn’t close for another hour i’ve never felt more uncomfortable in my life, the owner was so rude I couldn’t believe how she acted. I ended up switching to Kamryn. This place smells bad too.
