Jaxfadez, situated at 13141 City Station Dr suite 154, Jacksonville, FL 32218, initially left a lasting impression with its good vibes, awesome personality, and great customer service, particularly from Terrie the Barber. My first visit resulted in an exceptional haircut experience that exceeded my expectations. Terrie's skill and attention to detail ensured that I left the barbershop feeling confident and satisfied with my new look. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism added to the overall positive atmosphere of Jaxfadez. However, after subsequent visits, I made the decision to stop returning to the barbershop. While I still appreciate the ambiance and quality of service provided by Terrie, I found myself feeling as though I was being asked to pay more than what I considered reasonable for the services rendered. As much as I enjoyed the experience initially, this aspect ultimately influenced my decision to seek alternative options for my grooming needs. Despite this change in my patronage, I want to emphasize that my overall impression of Jaxfadez remains positive. The atmosphere, personalities, and customer service, especially from Terrie, are commendable and deserving of recognition. While it may not have worked out as a long-term fit for me personally, I have no doubt that Jaxfadez will continue to thrive and attract satisfied customers like myself who appreciate their commitment to excellence.

Buster's cuts are always the best! He's definitely the most skilled in Jax, and his cuts are worth every penny. He's very flexible as well, offering early morning and night cuts to fit his customers' schedules. Great guy and great business!

Put your licenses on your mirrors and dress accordingly. Two learn to give real fades that they teach you in school. $45 bucks with tip for 15mins cut that’s wack !!

Aquarius was great such detail and care. Buster on check out was personable and appreciative. Great team work. Overall experience was awesome. I'll be back. Update...went back and same awesome experience. Buster and team know how to do things right. Top shelf for sure. Thank you for such a great experience.

I do not recommend this location whatsoever was treated horrible two different times the very first time I was supposed to get charged $30 and it was clearly stated I was supposed to get charged $30 and was charged $50 . And he could not get a good reason of why he charged 50 when there was clearly a special up that said $30 for first time my second time going I had an appointment when I get there on time for my appointment they're so unprofessional going to yell across the shop and say I got two people ahead of you but I was on time for my appointment they are very unprofessional highly not recommended at all don't waste your money or your time this place is a joke a disgrace and also is about to get reported to the better Business bureau I don't usually write reviews but this place was worth giving the negative review because they do not deserve anyone's money treating customers unfair again I recommend that you go somewhere else for your haircut and hairstyle services.

I got a decent fade and beard cut. Nothing extraordinary. Not unsatisfied with either of them or the service. What was disheartening was being charged $50 for services that I pay $25 for in Miami. Nothing different and not a better cut.But twice has much!

Mack did an amazing job cutting my son's hair. He went in long and shabby looking and came out looking like a little gentleman. While I was waiting I asked Ms. Aquarius if she was free and she took me to cut a good amount off my long hair. She went above and beyond what I have had any other stylist go in a long time to take care of my hair. Definitely worth taking your time to stop in.

My son went in for a basic haircut and they charged us $40 for a $15-20 haircut. The posted prices were wrong and they don't tell you the price until after they're done. This place is a scam. I'll never go back and I'll make sure anyone I know doesn't make the same mistake.

Paid $50 for my boyfriend to come home w a hack job. Faded horribly and one side of the back of his head has a hard edge for some reason and long hairs still around. Wish I could post photos. Shouldn’t have to go to another barber after being at one that charges so much. All he wanted was a hair cut that I guess was around $30 but then the barber just started trimming his face without asking and upcharges him. He told me the barber wouldn’t get off his phone and was too busy talking to other people to focus. We do NOT recommend.

Scammed my bf went there and was charged $65 dollars for a hair cut mind you he didn’t have much hair to begin with. Beware he forces you to do review before you leave and they tell you price.. all this reviews are fake and being written while you’re being watched

The hair cut is great but not on price will not return to here I went for a hair cut ended up getting bread trimmed the barber did not ask or mentioned how much it was did if I want my bread trimmed and for being my first time in there I did not know how much it was on the price

Took my wife here yesterday to get her hair faded; she already had relatively short hair but wanted a skin fade… took about 15 minutes and then we got charged $45 when online pricing says only $15-$25. Why is it almost double the price for a basic hair cut? And why are you not told the price until the very end? Highly unlikely to return, the service was nothing out of the ordinary for that high of a price. Seems they pick & choose who to charge that much. Sad too because she genuinely liked the environment.. do better.

Shoutout to the og who took his time out to cut my hair. He was polite , slow on the touch and all around a very professional individual. After spending last 30min in mirror lol I thought I’d let community know how happy I am because of these guys. Shoutout to the guy who cut my hair and stayed late .
