Jayna was good! I am growing my pixie cut out, and she was able to grab the shorter parts. I've received nothing but compliments on my knotless braids. I will be back, thank you! Update! Just got my hair redone, and it's so beautiful! This time, I did a curly knotless boho. By following her instructions my hair grew a ton in a month. Very happy!

Wow wow I wish I can give her 10 star. I called her as a walk in and she took me and hair was included I arrived and she just got the call her uncle passed away . I was willing to go home but she insisted it was ok and she will still do it . I cut my hair really short and I did not expect her to do such a great job on it . She went above and beyond to try and cover up the hair that was sticking out with strands of boho looks due to my big chop and because she shown me so much care and willingness to make me happy although I knew my hair would be a problem . I tipped her $20 because it still looks great and I didn’t expect it to even look as close to perfect like she did it . She gained a new customer and family member for sure. Thank you again Jayna for not cancelling on me during this hard time and still pushing through the appointment.if you book Janya you will not regret her work is neat and she is quick

Jayna is absolutely wonderful! I began getting my braids done by her about a year ago when I moved to NC. When I first started going to her, my hair was breaking and badly damaged from relaxers. The way she braids has helped my hair thicken and become healthy. She took her time and put care into each appointment. She works efficiently and is done in a timely manner. Her rates are reasonable and include the hair of your choice. Book an appointment with her, and you will not be disappointed!

Jayna did and amazing job on my knotless braids they are extremely neat and exactly how I wanted them she Is also so kind and educated me on some products to keep my hair moisturized she is really good at what she does I will definitely be returning.

Don't do it. I was charged $230 for synthetic hair (unbeknownst to me of the quality of the hair).....for the price I ASSUMED it was human......and now I am BALD. Save your hair. I'm posting this so others hopefully won't experience what I did. My hair was shoulder length, all natural prior to getting my hair braided by Jayna. And JAYNA. don't THREATEN me .....what is there to report? Except the fact that you're lying. THE ONLY MONEY I GOT BACK WAS from the $50 deposit I put down for the second appointment, prior to realizing that you caused my hair to come out......AND I HAD TO FIGHT YOU to get the $50 deposit back after nicely/patiently describing to you that you caused my hair to fall out. I mean who charges $230 to braids someone's hair and uses synthetic hair ... other than a scammer....????. So what would you report ne fir other than me calling you out for being unhonest?

Second time going to Jayna. First time for Senegalese Twists, which were excellent. Today, I am 100% satisfied with my Knotless braids. They are sleek & light, and the perfect length+ curl at the end. I will be back :)

So happy with my Senegalese Twists! Exactly as I asked for them at small/medium size, bra-strap length, and curled ends. Jayna is also so kind and sweet, and I feel like finding a genuinely nice person in a stylist is hard to come by. Will be back!

I got long medium full knotless braids and OMG!!!! I love them. I get knotless braids every summer but these are the best ones I’ve ever gotten. She did them exactly how I asked them to be. She will be my new knotless hair braider! 💗

Jayna completely slayed my niece’s box braids 💯 she has unmanageable hair and it was really surprising to find someone who was so professional and adept in dealing with it. Jayna is very polite and has a bright personality that made my niece and I feel right at home. I will be putting a deposit down for her next appointment already

Janay is the most patient and gifted braider I have ever come in contact with. She was so kind and experienced. I’m so glad we found her. She braided my nieces hair who has an extremely sensitive scalp. She encouraged her and allowed her to take breaks until she was done. My niece was so excited with the final product. She has a customer for life!

Jayna is so amazing.. This is the best lady for braids in the whole world that I have ever met. I had an appointment with another lady and the other lady mistreated me so bad, cancelled my appointment as soon as I got there.. I was heartbroken. So I found Jayna's hair braiding and immediately called Jayna and she so graciously took me in right after I called her without any hesitant. I was so happy with how she did my braids. My heart felt so satisfied and excited to have come to this lady. She welcomed me with such a warm welcome, a kind and sweet personality and so understanding. I highly recommend that you see her.
