1st and 2nd haircuts were good. 3rd time I waited an hour past my appointment time and finally left. After rescheduling, my 3rd haircut was terrible, as was the 4th. No more going back to this salon.

The environment and energy at this salon was amazing! From the receptionist when you walk in feel so welcomed! Now my hair stylist Grayson! Hands down the best I’ve ever had as a hairstylist and I’m so excited to keep going here for my kids hairs and mines! Definitely recommend this salon! Every hair stylist was super nice and very professional! Thank you thank you thank you Grayson I appreciate you!!

Great salon. Everyone is so friendly! I fly across the country to see Lyndsey. She’s the best with color matching with the blonde hair and my blonde extensions. I wouldn’t have anyone else color my hair and install extensions.

I’ve been coming here for the past 9 years since their first location. Ana is absolutely AMAZING! It’s always a good experience coming here. From the front desk greeting you to everyone saying hello. I use to get balayage and Ana worked her magic. Now I went dark and she still works her magic. Any color she does it all. She has even done pink hair on me. I highly recommend

I had an appointment with Lorenzo for highlights. I was quite concerned about my hair and made it clear that I didn't want any damage. I asked him to lighten my hair as much as possible without causing harm. He assured me he would take care and not damage my hair. He mentioned that achieving the desired results might require two sessions, to which I agreed, scheduling the next session for August. Despite his assurances, my hair was unfortunately ruined. It was burned to the point that people asked if I had put my hair over an open flame. Moreover, I was charged $450 for the damage, even though my hair is very short. I shared pictures of my severely damaged hair with Lorenzo and expressed my dissatisfaction. I requested a refund and some form of hair treatment as a resolution. However, his response was a firm refusal, offering only one treatment. In an effort to find a solution, I mentioned that I wanted to avoid any unnecessary problems and explained how distressing this situation was for me. I told him that if a refund wasn't possible, I would be forced to file a complaint with the state board. His response was dismissive: "Do what you need to do." Feeling left with no other choice, I proceeded to file a complaint with the state board. I provided the necessary evidence, including pictures of the damage, and expressed my hope that others would be able to assess the situation.

I have been coming to this salon for a few years and the hair stylists had previously wasn't there. I really wanted to cut and was willing to try someone new. I was scheduled with Roberto and he is nice and with Jay's approval was able to get to the color i was hoping for but my hair cut literally has me in tears. I feel like he blow dryed my hair to make it look flat as a damn pancake! There is no kind a volume at all. Once I got home I washed this horrible cut and I hope I can save this cut. For what the cost was for my color and cut there should be no reason why I came home and cried my eyes out because my cut is trash!. So much for finding a salon i loved going to...

This place was so disappointing! I was looking for a regular Solon. I gave it a second star because my stylist was nice enough but was unfortunately a one trick pony he joked saying he was used to the modern long hair balayage with extensions (the look everyone I saw leave with) . I infact am the opposite. it was over priced I get paying more for a stylist that is experienced but not for someone who couldn’t even achieve what I wanted my hair is shoulder length soft and wavy I paid 270 to have it colored and trimmed but I wanted was a pixie cut and a color lift tho this was something I settled for since bleaching my hair was not an option for me. And he expressed he wasn’t comfortable doing something “he hasn’t done in a while”( the pixie cut) . I had someone join me on this appointment she has mid length natural curly hair she got a layered trim and a wash she was expecting a curly blow out like she’s seen other stylist do effortlessly before. But her hair was left not styled wet and puffy. And she paid 85 for hers. Ladies if you’re like us and have anything other than long extensions and a balayage ( they looked great and I know it’s not easy to achieve that look) but if you’re like us go to the Spanish solons I’m Puerto Rican from nyc and ever since I moved to Vegas I haven’t found anyone that was able to do my hair since. The style I got here did not last long at all and the color is already fading (I went last week) I would’ve been charged 100 at most for what I got here and maybe even the same to get what I actually wanted had I stuck with what I know. Needless to say I will not be a regular here. Sometimes bigger isn’t always better.

Angel has angel's hands. Angel Aguilar exceeded my expectations; he was very gentle while cutting my long hair, maintained a great communication and made sure I was happy with the haircut. Also, he has a great time management, it took him 1 hr to wash, cut and style my hair. His technique is amazing because it gives you that flawless cut, not choppy looking style. My search for a great Hairdresser is over!

JayRua Glam Hair Salon has been my hair salon for a couple of years! I have only received EXCEPTIONAL services from Jo and Grayson (extensions to wash and style). They are my go to in Las Vegas. I enjoy their work & energy. 10/10! 😇💇🏻‍♀️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ highly recommend

First time was AMAZING! Second time, had an appointment for weeks and when I got there, Jay was doing someone else’s hair. If felt like his IG post was more important than my appointment (I’m not IG worthy lol just plain Jane). They sent me to someone else. He had a dead cockroach at his station. Couldn’t figure out how Jay put 6 packs in. My extensions were HORRIBLE. They started coming out less than 24 hours later. The color was awful and my hair looked dead, had a lot of breakage and just not happy. I finally got the courage up to complain and Jay made it right, installed new extensions for free. My hair was back to amazing! Scheduled an appointment for almost 12 weeks later. Came in for color update in between. Got a call confirming my appointment 2 days prior, got a call the day before saying they didn’t have my hair and when they went to order it, they only had 24” extensions (I wear 20”). Was told since they never charged me for the hair to order, they didn’t order it. There was no answer as to why it took them 3 months to tell me this, why when I was there in between they didn’t tell me and why they didn’t tell me when they called to confirm the day before that they didn’t actually have my hair. Also no confirmation that I wouldn’t be paying for 24” when I don’t need or want them and this was their mistake. I ended up going somewhere else. Turns out, the 20” extensions weren’t even 20”. So disappointing when all the IG pics/videos make this place look amazing and the prices are INSANE! Never felt comfortable there and just not a great experience for the price.

I have been going to this salon regularly for about a year now. I am pleased every time. Maria T. does a phenomenal job with colors and balayage. She has always been honest about pricing and expectations. The salon itself is organized with scheduling. No complaints as far as tidiness goes.
