Worst experience every the lady charged me 15 to cut my BANGS and I was ok with that but when it came to style it she didn’t even try to fix it they where puffy as soon as I see her no effort in fixing this I left my husband stayed back to pay her she was unapologetic never made an attempt to even amend the mistake I’m literally crying in my car

I’m not pleased with my experience in Jazmine salon. The service was way fast and the haircut was too expensive. They styled my hair less than 20 minutes and I don’t like results Of my hair. Prepare to pay 65 dollars when entering

Great people! They sent back money when sent too much accidentally . It was almost $100 and they didn’t take anything extra. We were new customers so they could’ve easily ghosted us because we weren’t regulars! Very happy with haircuts as well.

I’ve been getting my hair cut here for years. I always get compliments after I get my hair cut from the one and only, Monica (no one else cuts me like she does), and no one else will. She is amazing and people always say “damn you looking gooood!” And my response, “no! My hair cut makes me feel this good” Thanks to my hair stylist, Monica.

Monica cut my son's hair and only reason why I let her was because the other ladies were busy. Anyways, she permanently damaged my sons head, she cut him and now can't grow hair from that area. My son doesn't move at all when getting a hair cut but she was careless and still messed him up, it been months since this happened and I'm still mad about it. This person shouldn't be allowed to cut hair. Now I don't even go there at all because of that and how expensive they have become. Just thinking about it gets me mad. Everyone be aware when you take your kids to this person.

So I decided to try this hair salon for the 1st time. Made an appointment for a perm, my hair is up to my shoulders and I’ve been told from other hairdressers that I have a lot of hair. I’ve been getting perms in the past and I know how a good perm looks like. The gal that attended me was really nice and her customer service was good. My only complaint was that I was overcharged for a work that didn’t come out great. I was charged $240 my hair looks the same, looks like the perm didn’t catch my roots. 6in of my roots looks the same with no curls just frizziness and straight strands. I followed the 48 hrs care she suggested with no hair product or nothing in my hair. Quantum perm solution is no more than $10 she could have used more perm solution. I have a bunch of perm rod creases on my hair especially on my front hairline. There was a lot of tightness and a lot of hair pulling and hair strands that were out of the perm rod, I also noticed she was using big sections when rolling the rods, the procedure seemed rushed. I don’t mind paying for good quality work, but the work I received was not worth $240. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

My hair needed a color fix and monica was able to fix my hair without me needing to go darker and lose my long length she kept the tone i wanted came out really great .She made it happen she was a really nice person for my first time being there recommend this place .

Overpriced. The most I've ever paid for a simple haircut has been 15 dollars and I paid 30 dollars yesterday. Customer service was great but if your into paying more than what you are getting then by all means go here.
