Review UPDATE: I requested a refund multiple times via phone. I spoke with her directly and told her that I was charged. This woman is something else, yall please be careful 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 something is truly not right. Jasmine is dead ssa wrong for canceling my appointment and not refunding my money. I spoke to her twice BEFORE she canceled my appointment yet you still let styleseat charge me for a full service and tip??? I have called her about a dozen times with no answer over two days. This is ridiculous and I will be up there to see about my money. You have the right one.

Had a terrific time! I was confused as to how people spend 24 hours there but now... I'm in need of a monthly 24 hours there 😂. My favorite part was the body shampoo. Definitely a 10/10. There are plenty of ways to spend your time, it's relaxing, non judgemental, and a well deserved oasis for everyone. Have about $300-$400 to fully enjoy your time!

I took my sister to this spa for her birthday. What a wonderful experience. The staff was so accommodating. They serviced my party of four with facials and body scrubs and we loved every minute of it! It's a quaint spot but OMG, what a welcome treat for the body and mind. They will see us again for sure. Black Excellence is alive and well here.

The staff was exceptional. When I first saw that it was in Fayetteville, I was a little concerned about the drive from Atlanta. I was relieved once I realized that it was in the beginning of Fayetteville. It was well worth the drive. I was a little apprehensive about laser lipo treatments (and the lack of testosterone at a “spa”) but they calmed my fears when I saw a guy who could have played in the NFL in there, getting the same treatments. The staff treated everyone well and was on time, which matters a lot to me, as my schedule backs up pretty quickly. The sauna was an experience and as I sat in there, I kept thinking “I have to make this a weekly thing”. I could feel the toxins leaving my body and would definitely recommend this to anyone interested in weight loss or detoxification. I think I saw Ariana Grande going in as I was coming out. I will definitely be coming back, if I can beat you to the calendar! Thanks Jazz it Upp

I visited the salon for a mild chemical peel. When I first walked in I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome. The first thing I noticed was the relaxing aroma of lavender. The boutique spa is decorated beautifully and fosters a stress free, relaxing and private experience. When receiving my chemical peel, Jasmine answered all of my questions and provided helpful recommendations on maintaining healthy skin between visits. My face is feels butter soft, silky smooth and moisturized after the peel. I’m excited to return for additional services!!

The service was great... I went for my first visit a week after my surgery where I had lipo and a bbl. jasmine was very professional and knowledgeable to what I needed done. I felt so much better after my treatment . The second visit I had the same service and it was better. The massage I received helped me with the swelling in my lower back and thighs area. I was able to contact her about some concerns I was having and she was very helpful and didn’t mind explaining the process to me. I was very pleased with her bedside manner and the services that was rendered. So I will be making appointment soon.
