Came here the first time and hair was done great! Second time came in, was 20 mins late getting in chair, showed up early, asked for curly perm, trim and taper fade. Walked out with barely any curl, and a very irritated neck. Woke up next morning with chemical burns on back of neck. Called the salon, asked what could be done, simply just put Vaseline or aloe on it, nothing about the perm or nothing. Sorry didn’t mean for that to happen.

I've been patronizing this establishment ever since it opened (and even before). I love this salon and all the gals who work there! They're like family and I am always satisfied with the services I receive. To solidify that statement, I always get compliments from from all my friends! I love JBraun Salon!

I left to go somewhere closer to home but came back and so good so far. The customer service has always been great! It’s been a couple years and not had any issues I see them work very hard to make things right!They seem to time everything just right ! They have always been very nice and professional towards me

Unprofessional. Owner has no accountability for cruel/poor customer service. Too much nepotism and clique girls with poor training-customer service, integrity maturity and management. The female owner has some problems with control/power vs quality customer service. Owner needs proper training and formal schooling. Buyers beware.

I’m so glad I found them . They are so close to my house and have everything I need. The best facial ever by Ivy , best masseuse Dahlia and the best hair stylist Emily . I can her everything done here and it’s only 5 min and have never been disappointed with any of the services 🤗

Alizae was NOT amazing! Very rude and impersonal. She left lots a hairs after the waxing and was very condescending about my eyebrows be uneven. I have had my eyebrows done hundreds of times and have had much better experiences! I will not be going back to her! I deserve better than that!

I love this salon, I moved to the area and was looking for a salon so I could get my hair colored, I came here to have it done and let me say I love the way it came out. I went back to get my hair trimmed and again it came out great. I highly recommend coming.

Left town for a couple yrs. Called Josse can you get me in. Diane worked her magic. My appt was with Amy she did a amazing job. And my son had Hailey awesome job. Will drive 1hr and half for future appt. Great seeing old friends again...

This is a very professional shop with friendly, helpful staff. My stylist was unable to come in the day of my appointment so the owner came in for her. The salon called me to let me know what was going on. Josephine cut my hair exactly as I hoped.

I got the absolute BEST haircut from Emily. I’ve been having her cut my hair for years, and it’s perfect every time, but this time she outdid herself. She’s the sweetest, and she really listens to what her client wants.

Alazaé Did an amazing job with my hair and went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing experience! Definitely recommend this salon! I went from Auburn/dark brown to lavender and my hair still feels silky smooth. She took her time and really had fun with my hair and educated me as well. Will definitely be back in the future!

My first time at this salon was the last week of October and was great. This was the first time I had my hair done since March due to the pandemic. I had Alazae color and cut my hair and we discussed my next couple of appointments and what that would entail. I wanted to do a brazilian blow out, root touch up and at the appointment after that I would do a balayage. I had a specific time frame for my next visit of the second week of December- I would schedule some vacation time to get my hair done. I live on the far east side of town so getting to this studio takes me about 45 minutes but I had heard great things about Alazae and felt it was worth the drive. Alazae, myself and the front desk attendant booked my appointment for Dec. 9th at 9:00am, and was given a card with the time and date and Alazae's name. I showed up today, Dec. 9th for my appointment and was told by the same girl who booked my appointment that I wasn't in their system, sorry. She could try to get me in tomorrow with Alazae but she had nothing for me today. I'm upset- I booked this appointment, took a vacation day to have this appointment, drove for 45 minutes to get to this appointment, planned on spending more than 350.00$ for this appointment and I was treated with terrible customer service. There was a woman waiting to get her hair done and she even acknowledged that the right thing to do and provide great customer service would have been to cancel another appointment to take care of me. I let the front desk girl know that I would not be coming back to this studio for any further appointments. Alazae was great but she just lost a customer who was willing to spend quite a bit of money because of the poor customer service I received from the staff at JBraun. I asked for the manager to please contact me to discuss the matter and have yet to hear back from her. I am in retail management and know what good customer service is and this was not even close.

The staff and ladies are professional and welcoming. My 15 year old daughter and I have both enjoyed hair cuts at this place and we both had great experiences. They review with you what style you want before the wash. Then they take their time giving the perfect cut and style. They also educate you on how to style your hair. I highly recommend this place!
