I LOVE THIS SPOT! Nella has been the only person I’ve trusted to cut my hair for nearly 20 years. The one time I went to someone else was during the pandemic (I went somewhere by my apt that I could walk to), and the person absolutely destroyed my look by giving me a razor cut. Def not suitable for my hair! Nella fixed it when I finally saw her again, thank God! I’ve only recently started getting it colored, and have had the privilege of also getting treated by Bowie and Tommy when Nella was unavailable. I can say 100% without a doubt they are all absolute pros at what they do and the type of folx you want to be friends with and see again. I love everyone here!! Don’t hesitate — it’s the best!

This place is the best place I’ve been at. It’s so clean with a nice open space. The staffs are nice and friendly. I felt so comfortable. The main attraction is the hair stylist Jeffrey. He did an amazing job on my hair. He took his time, and made sure the style fits my shape. He also explained and gave me tips on how to treat my hair. I learned a lot and now I found my go to place.

I’ve been working with Andreas for I think 13 years. I moved to Chicago five years ago and still come back to have him cut my hair. I don’t think I’ll ever find another stylist I like as much!

To watch Jeffrey Ching at his painstaking work -- squinting, bending to get a better look, snip-snipping now here, now there -- is an experience in itself, not to speak of the beautiful results. And both Jeffrey and Bowie Lau are very charming people.

I have been client of Jeffery for over a decade. My royalty says everything. When NYC was opened, we made appointment with JBW salon immediately. The experience was great, Jeffery sanitized my clothes and shoes when I arrived. I feel so grateful for knowing Jeffery and Bowie and the salon is opened.

I have very curly hair and a lot of it. I wouldn't trust anyone other than Jeffery to cut it. Highly recommend JBW for any type of hair. They're all very lovely and professional.

I love and adore Jeffrey! He has been my stylist for 10 years and no matter where I move or live I still go To him. He has amazing precision and technique and has never failed me. His skills are amazing and he is honest with you if he doesn’t think something will work. His warm smile and good heart make every appointment feel like im seeing a friend.
