I FINALLY found someone who can really cut hair. Specifically someone who can cut and layer my hair. Melissa Wochy is an incredible hairstylist and artist. I had a few photos which wasn't what I really wanted but after talking about what I did want and showing her a photo from years ago of how layered my hair used to be, we got there. Melissa really took her time and gave me the best haircut I've had in years. No more headbands, no more messy nest on top of my head. I can blow out and style this haircut in 20-30 minutes depending on how fussy I want to be with it. I can also put it up but still appear put together because she gave me the best fringe (bangs) of my life. She's also hilarious and we had plenty to talk about. Thank you Melissa!! Kristin P. at the New Center Point store did a fabulous job. I went in after not having even a trim for the last year and a half because life happens. My hair was extremely dry and damaged to the point that I apologized when I took it out of my trusty claw clip. We talked through my hair goals and what I would like my hair to look like. She was upfront and transparent about what would and wouldn’t cause more damage. I left with dimensional highlights, an awesome cut that I love, and happy, healthy hair. We will do more blonding at the next appointment. I will definitely go back and see her!

Ray did exactly what I asked her to do. She is excellent with stylish pixie cuts. I am so happy to have found her. I went back a day later and Crystal gave me a beautiful partial dimensional color. I highly recommend this location in Colorado Springs. New Center Point area.

Raynetta Karlin took her time cutting my hair. Very personable, didn’t rush the job. Was mindful of my cowlick. I’m gonna use her again next month to cut my hair. People don’t usually consider JCP to go get a haircut that fits military regs. I will at this salon!

I had an amazing haircut from Kristin at the JCPenny salon. She understood the vision I had and executed it perfectly. I had butchered my hair cutting it at home and Kristin saved my beautiful hair without judgement and with enthusiasm. Not only a great haircut but also a good time in the chair, so gentle and kind. I saw Kristin for a full highlight, color, and cut. She did SUCH an amazing job! The highlight is so thorough and dimensional, and she mixed exactly the shade of violet I was looking for. I could tell She actually listened to me, and she took care to maintain the health of my hair through the bleaching process to get this beautiful vivid purple! Thank you!

Alice was great!! I called to get a same day appt on a Saturday and she was able to accommodate me. I'm very happy with my haircut!!! She also took the time to give me styling tips on how to see more volume in my hair. My only negative comment would be that I paid for the cut and style option and didn't realize that anything with the curling iron is an additional cost "Ironworks" option. I was not told about or offered that option when I booked the appt with the lady on the phone. That being said, I am still extremely happy with the overall service and will book again with Alice for my next cut!!

First off, do not book your appointment online! I was told that all the online appointment prices are inaccurate even though they have not changed in god knows how many years. Second of all, if you do use the online booking, don't bother putting any notes because they will not read them, at all! Doesn't matter if you book a week ahead or not they will not read them! Lastly, the lack of communication is astonishing. I booked my appointment almost a week ahead in advance givi.g thr artist plenty of time yo reach out and ask questions but instead she decided to start calling me 10 minutes before the appointment to try to figure out how I wanted my hair. Was told that the desired look I was wanting wasn't going to be achievable without another appt. That's fine but she then began to state that she would have to rebook all of the rest of the days appts. Well, maybe if you had read the damn notes I left, and reached out earlier than 10 minutes befpre my appt. then I wouldn't have waisted a full day's of work and gas just to be told its basically a no! Extreamly umprofessional. Im out money, time, and something I had been so excited for since I haven't done anything for myself in about 3 years! I'm pissed!

I have been looking for someone to do my blond highlights (how I like them) for 5 years. I finally found Ray and she is awesome! You tell her what you are wanting and she makes it happen. Her haircuts are amazing too. I never have a bad hair day after finding her. So if you are needing color or just a haircut, I HIGHLY recommend Ray at the JCPenney Salon.
