Great experience overall the the Sandhill location in Columbia SC. I truly appreciate Ms. Bonnie Gilmore for assisting my daughter Lacee I'm getting prepared for her Graduation that is coming up soon. She did an awesome job with her hair.

I made an appointment online last week. It was canceled the day of for being too late in the day to do highlights. I rebooked online for the first appointment today (11:30am) along with my boyfriend a clipper cut at (11:30) so it wouldn’t be too late for them to do highlights. First we were informed that they doubled booked his appointment and couldn’t do his cut and I was informed that my stylist was not coming in till 1:00pm even tho I was scheduled and was told to call back at 1:00pm. When I called, there was no explanation for why she didn’t show up or apology. I wouldn’t have been upset if someone would have called to inform me that she wasn’t going to be there so I didn’t waste a 45 minute drive.

Ms. Tina took my daughter as a walk-in (rare these days) and provided a great haircut. She also flat ironed her hair. Very happy with the service she provided.

Went on Monday to get a perm and it has completely fallen out! No, I did not wash let alone wet my hair! It is completely fallen out! My hair looks like it didn't before she started. I don't think enough solution was put on to the roller set, I felt it was not applied to every single roller which is why it is pin straight especially as the bottom half under neath ! I could scream I am soo angry! A comete waste of money!

I went to the Forum Dr. location. Blyss was my stylist. She is sensational!! She took time to consult with me about how I wanted my hair cut and colored. Truly the best cut and color I have ever had!! I would give her ten stars if I could. Highly recommend!!

I hope that my wife does not change salons any time soon. She was attended by Opal and she gave her a great haircut and style. The price was great and the service also great! I really don't like going to salons with my wife, but I have to say that I really enjoyed watching Opal work. The coloring, the streaks everything was great. I recommended this salon to my sisters, nieces and cousins after they saw the excellent job on my wife's hair!
