I had my highlights done and hair blowdried straight. My hair dresser was amazing! But I wasn't impressed with the store itself. It's very outdated and not really the type of atmosphere I'd want to have for going to get my hair done. There were issues with the registers as well.

Went there once for blow out and it was ok. Not the best customer service but if looking for an affordable place to get heir done then yes, it's a good option.

I've been going to have Debbie color and highlight my hair for several years now, and she is wonderful. We've known each other and mutual friends together is a lot of fun when catching up !! Everyone there is very nice, and anyone can help you if you are a walk-in. I highly recommend JCPenny Salon.

After my stylist took personal leave, I've used a number of stylist. While I have to say for the most part it's been OK. My stylist knew how to cut my hair and knew how I liked my hair. She was awesome! Big shoes to fill. But today I arrive for a haircut and my stylist is a no show. That's unacceptable considering they called me yesterday to verify my appointment. My time is just as valuable as their time. It's time to move on, I think. It's sad because I really do miss my original stylist. She was top notch.

Its a great place tonget a relaxer. The fact that its in a JCP store means thats the surrounds are clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking and close to everything. I can also buy anything from curling iron to conditioner on the spot. The ladies are friendly and efficient and I can get through my service pretty quickliy. Will definitely keep going.

If you have curly Hair don't even bother, the experience won't be worth it and they will botch your hair instead of just saying they can't do it.

It is convenient because i always got my hair done while shopping in JC Penney, the staffs is patient. She did my color within an hour. However, she never rushed on me and she introduced all colors to match my skin tone. It is worthy for what i paid.

Delighted with my updated haircut and color. Denise was very attentive to detail, asking lots of questions to ensure she produced the results you wanted. She used high quality products which smelt gorgeous, and spent time making sure the finished result looked beautiful. Great experience!

Gabby is the best 👌 she cut my hair exactly how I wanted after going to 3 different salons and not being able to find someone that felt comfortable enough to even try she saw the pic I had and said "yes, I can do it". That was a week ago, today I went back for color and omg I love my hair and I got several compliments as I was walking out the store. Thank you Gabby 😊

I started coming here in 2021 and initially had a great experience with Gabby until the last time I came. She cut my bangs really short and my hair hasn't been growing out like it usually does. I decided to give them another chance and book an appointment today online with another stylist. As I was walking into the store I received a call from the front desk asking me if I could give the stylist 40-60 more minutes because she was still working on another client. Why did they not call me earlier to let me know? I received this call at least 10 minutes before my appointment. Do they not check their online appointments? I am not coming back to this salon.

Please do not take your curls here! The stylist completely butchered my 3 year olds curls and left him with a rat tail. The photo taken was as we were walking out. The crazy part is the manager didn't even admit the job was bad. BEWARE!!!

Vivian does a great job and is very personable. She works with you on finding the right color and the cut was perfect. All the workers are kind and pleasant.

I had highlights and lowlights, plus a trim. Carlos was my stylist - he did a great job! He communicated with me every step of the way, and made sure everything turned out beautifully!! I highly recommend JCP salon and Carlos!

Me and my wife will be coming back for Fall pictures and Christmas pictures . My wife had took pictures at a different studio of our new born baby girl and wasn't satisfied came home crying. I booked an appointment with Ms. Mandy for our new born baby girl pictures, and my daughter was being very fussy in a bad mood but Ms. Mandy kept my daughter calm took amazing pictures of her and my family. My wife was very happy and so was I and now we cant wait to send some to family members back home in LA . Thank you Ms. Mandy my wife will see you very soon!!
