I took my daughter in for kids cut. My daughter had long hair. Wanted to take some inches off and add layers and give her bangs. Took her to others previously before Athena and they can never get it right. Athena was absolutely amazing! I showed her a picture of what we wanted for my daughter. And it was spot-on. We will definitely be going back. And it's for sure worth the drive from Dandridge. Thank you Athena you're amazing!

My wife took me and my little brother here for a hair cut. I asked the lady for a medium skin fade, and I asked her to leave the top alone. The lady then proceeded to shave my sides ever so slightly and then started cutting the top. I thought it was a joke considering she did the opposite of what I asked. My wife asked for my 13 year old brother to get layers and a trim. He had been growing his hear out for 3 years and was very proud of it. Well he left crying. Credit where credit is due they did layer it well. But they lady cut way more then what was asked. Little dude walked out looking like Prince Charming from Shrek. My wife just asked trim and she had dead ends. The ladies seem very lazy and didn’t follow requests well at all. Would not recommend.

So thankful for Athena doing my hair exactly how I have always needed it. I have had many many haircuts and had given up and started doing it on my own because of bad experiences. Thankfully I had Athena doing my hair and she actually asked questions and listened to me explain what I did and didn’t like. After becoming a mom I have struggled with confidence especially with my hair as it has changed since having a baby but Athena did the most amazing job with absolutely everything even with my daughter running around and being on my lap Athena was so amazing. I honestly wanted to give her a hug because I am just so thankful. I know it’s hair but she honestly gave me my confidence back.

I just wanted yall to know that I adored the young lady that did my cut and color..She was so sweet and attentive ..Please look her name up for me..I feel like that I might not have been appreciative because I wanted the color lighter ..But my hair is a pill to do and it's OK I got home and it will lighten and next time be lighter ..anyways I couldn't afford a bigger tip but let her know I did like..Hair looks healthy 😉

The worst haircut experience of my life. I sat for over an hour as they butchered the top of my head. I left the salon looking like has lost a fight with a cat. The cut they gave me wasn't even symmetrical on the sides of my head. By far the most inexperienced hairstylist I have ever had the misfortune to have cut my hair. I will not be giving them my future business, and I suggest you avoid them as well. Michaela the "Master Stylist" should be ashamed.

Michelle did a wonderful job on my hair. She listened and paid attention to what I wanted. She has natural talent in my opinion . I am very happy with my hair. She did foiling and highlighting and added depth and dimension for beautiful multi faceted color. I’m so happy with Michelle, I have already scheduled my next appointment. Thank you!, Candee

i went in there and asked for a balayage. i even showed the lady(whose name is sandy) a picture of what i wanted. she apparently came up with em something else in her mind to do for me! i have black hair and all she did was put blonde highlights in it! and she didn’t even put enough toner in it so it looked green. went back the next day and got into an argument with sandy about my hair and they told me that they wouldn't change it or give me my money back, they said they would just die it back to my natural color again like how i originally had it. $200+ down the drain. i highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone who wants to get their hair done nicely or someone who wants good customer service because, you won’t get it here.

They messed my hair up bad my hair didnt turnup to b the color i wanted and when i left my hair was so damaged and still wet and not straightened for the finishing touches.

Let me just say that I am a difficult haircut and color and Ryan Andrews is hands down one of the best stylists I have ever been to in my life. She not only took the time to listen to my concerns as an asthmatic not wanting a lot of strong smelling products but did my highlights on my mid back length hair with expertise and precision. She did not rush, she provided knowledge on her expertise in how to care for my long hair, teaching me about wet brushes, and products. I was so pleased with this experience I can not say thank you enough to the staff, especially Ryan. I will definitely be going back and you should go see her!
