I got bangs for the first time from Heather and I love them so much! It was also a quiet day at the salon, so it was nice and relaxing. Good price for an hour haircut. I usually go to salon schools for a cheaper price, but they usually take 3-4 hours, and results can vary based on the student and their level. JCP Salon is a great mid point in terms of time and money value :)

I walked in with 3 hair odors in my hair and Kim spent 5 hours 🙃 working on me and I walked out a new woman. Thanks Kim you are great 👍😀😊

I had my hair done by Heather who did a fabulous job and she is now my lifetime hairdresser. I had a hairdresser that turned my hair black and I was blonde and she took her time worked with me and got it back somewhat to where it was where I’m happy at least she put so much work into it and she got it done and I left very happy. Happy New Year’s.

Laura did a great job on my color. She had some good ideas about my hairstyle too and I will return soon to have her cut my hair. She took time with me and discussed options for both color and cut.

The service I received was great, my stylist was attentive. The salon was dirty!!! I was one of the first customers in the salon at opening 11-7 @ 11:00 and there was hair and trash on the floor, the floors looked as if they had not been mopped in days. There’s no acceptable reason for a store to not at least be clean swept. If I didn’t like my stylist so much, I wouldn’t return.

BAD SERVICE!! From $12.99 she wanted to charge me $45 for a haircut. She claimed "it's to much work." I went to another salon and charged me $20 for same haircut and styled. I wished I remembered her name.. she is a ripped off to Jcpenney salon. Never again😡

Horrible experience, stylist just butchered my hair. I had to have another salon fix it and lost all my length and have chunks cut out by the stylist there. So devastated!!!

I have lived in Vegas for 6 and a half years. Through those years I have been trying to find a good hair stylist. I am pretty easy going, but have never been happy with my hair from the stylists here in Vegas. However, I decided to try JCPenneys hair salon and Sharon, a senior stylist, cut and colored my hair and it turned out great! I actually loved my hair for the first time living in Vegas! I finally found a new hair stylist!

Went in to have my hair relaxed, trimmed, and styled. Bought my Aunt and Uncle along so that they could shop. Tanya was my stylist. She did such a great job that my Aunt and Uncle both got their hair cut as well. We had a great time talking with Tanya while we were there. Can't wait until the next family hair day with Tanya!
