Bill Bruno has been doing my hair since 2013 when we both worked in the same building in South Miami. I am an artist as well as in the beauty business and I am extremely picky to detail especially with my hair. Bill has always done a great job with my hair. Highly recommend him. He takes his profession very seriously and is a very amiable person.

Bill Bruno is the best. His patience and love and passion of his job shows. He cared about what is important for our hair and never disappoints. If he leaves I will follow him. Never had so many compliments until he started doing my hair. JC Penny should be proud to have an employee that cares so much and handles customers like he owns the salon. Being a business owner makes me appreciate him even more. Employees make or break companies. Definitely an asset to JCP.

I am so happy with my new look! Recently I dared to start grey blending my hair and so happy I did with Bill Bruno. He’s an excellent hairstylist from explaining the process in detail with great enthusiasm gives me client confidence and skilled in achieving the result I want exactly. I’m in love with my hair finally! Thank you, Bill! And, of course super star, Dee Dee! She offers precision eye brows with a therapeutic classy experience. Especially love Dee Dee’s final touch with a gentle massage around my eyes! So heavenly and unexpected for an eye brow treatment. Excellent customer care experience! Thank you, Dee Dee! I highly recommend Dee Dee and Bill wholeheartedly. Each will offer you a perfected customer service and better yet, at a very reasonable cost.

Worst experience ever. Bill Bruno mess up my hair so bad, I have to let my hair grow back at least for a year. I’m going through a depression so far just to look at my hair so mess up.

I can't recommend Bill Bruno enough! He has been cutting my hair and my three daughters' hair for years, and we all leave feeling amazing every time. Bill has such a great eye for what works with our hair types and styles, and he's always patient and attentive, especially with my kids (teen and tween). They love getting their hair done by him! I have had the pleasure of having my hair done by Bill Bruno for over half my life and I would follow him wherever he goes. Bill is a gifted colorist and master of his craft. He starts every session with a detailed consultation to ensure his clients are receiving exactly what they want. He is kind, personable and professional always. His artistry is reflected in the way he places each balyage piece carefully and concisely. I am always complimented on my hair color and cut when I go out and it is all thanks to Bill. Karina is a wonderful hair stylist. She is the only one who has ever made my perms look naturally curly. The suggestions she made to coloring my hair were spot-on and perfect. I would recommend her as a great hair stylist to anyone who is looking for someone to do their hair.

Dee Dee is just the BEST 🤩 !!! I been going to her for 3 almost 4 years already. And I actually follow her from her previous job to her current job now. This review is for William Bruno at Jcpenney salon, who, after me having the same hairdresser for more than 20 years, has been the only one I have let do my hair and has done an extraordinary job. I had a walk-in appointment with Karina who cut my hair exactly how I wanted it! First time I’ve ever walked out of a salon happy with my haircut and feeling confident that I got the haircut I went in for. Karina was so nice and even gave me some great hair care tips!! I would recommend the salon and Karina to others and plan to go back for my next trim/cut.

I had my hair cut, color and treatment by Bill Bruno. When I arrived my hair was in such distress when washed you couldn’t put your fingers through it. After my hair treatment, color and cut I couldn’t believe how healthy and beautiful my hair looked. Bill works miracles. Everyone commented on what an incredible transformation. Ask for BILL He is THE BEST! My hair is finally a beautiful shade of blonde! I swear he does the best color, highlights and balayage. Not to mention he’s a blast, I enjoy every visit with him.
