Ashley did an amazing job on my hair...I paid a little more than I wanted to but it was well worth it!!! I will be going back to have Ashley do my hair again...thank you!!!

HORRIBLE experience is an understatement. Went in for a haircut.. some layers so hair framed my face. Upon cutting my hair- stylist cut off my hair as short as my bangs.. on the left side.. I told her we were done with the haircut.. as I now have a mullet.. 2 other potential customers who were waiting got up and left after they witnessed what happened. After i left the appointment the ladies met me outside of salon and were appalled at what they saw.. This will take a year to grow back in and is not fixable. Please DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR HAIRCUT SERVICES...

While customer service was good and pricing was on par for a blowout (earning 1 star), I felt the skill set/knowledge/technique for a standard blowout to be significantly lacking. Blowout doesn’t simply mean blow dry. I left frustrated knowing I’ll need to have my hair fixed/redone in a day or two (a true blowout normally will last me a solid week). I had to have her flat iron my hair just to salvage the frizzy mess that was left after my hair was dry. Only one product was used, which I found incredibly odd. Hopefully it had a heat protectant in it because when she flat ironed my hair she did the same areas multiple times. Unclear if this hairdresser was brand new, but if so, JCPenney should not be assigning her services she cannot handle.

I hate that everyone is saying such bad stuff about this place but it's like one of the best places to go if you need a quick and simple cut or just to get your hair styled.

I had a wedding on the day of my appointment at 11am, when I got to the place the lady said appointment was a 11:30 am. After a girl with not experience whatsoever tried to do my daughter's hairstyle while the manager was not even concerned, the girl was very nice but she should not be doing hairstyles which require some experience. Terrible experience.

Please save your hair and don't ever go here. A plain haircut without even a shampoo and condition is outrageously priced. I told my stylist how long I wanted my hair and showed a picture... It's about 2-3 inches shorter than I wanted and looks ridiculous. One side is shorter than the other! And she missed pieces that I literally had to fix myself at home.

I went in for a haircut to get bangs and got exactly what I didn’t want, a botched haircut. My hairdresser was inexperienced which is fine, but why would you take on a client who wants a style you’re not confident you will achieve? Another stylist jumped in and was cutting my hair as well and it turned out uneven so I didn’t bother asking them to fix it out of fear it would be worse. I left completely unhappy and for their price of $32 it’s not worth it. Definitely would not recommend, and will not be returning. Went to Hair by Janine instead and she fixed my uneven haircut and gave me exactly what I was going for!

Omg the lady how did my hair amazing I don't remember her name but she was Latino of course ..she gave me a great haircut my husband love it. He really realize that I have a haircut.. usually he doesn't notice.

I got my hair cut by Jenn C and it was horrible she left a bald spot and didn’t tell me it is choppy and uneven on both side and I will have to go elsewhere to get it fixed. Definitely not worth 32 dollars and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who want to get a good hair cut. Didn’t clean up at all there was so much hair I had to shower after just to get it out. My first time getting my hair cut by a shop and it was the worst experience ever.

Jenn is a phenomenal hair stylist and such a professional. Each time I go see her, I look forward to our fun discussions and her lively personality. She is always professional and very experienced. Jenn is so knowledgeable about her field, she is truly an artist. My husband and I both go see her as she is simply the best all around!

Only gave one star cause had to so I could post. A girl there left my boyfriends hair completely uneven and even left a random shaved spot. Worst place by far and $32.00 is way too much to have your hair not even cut properly. Would not recommend at all unless you want a bad hair cut. Terrible job. 0/10

The only reason why I give Jennifer the "master stylist" a star is because my TRIM came out fine but I had the leave with my hair wet(first day of hard snow fall) because I only had 31 dollars on me and at the end she told me the cost for just a trim was 32 dollars only cause she is a "master"! Getting your hair done she be a good experience but I had to sit there feeling like I was being ignored because she didn't like my best friend daughters grandmother. My point of this whole review tell everyone to stay away. Worst experience of my life.😑😑
