You're better off going to a real salon. Recieved a hair cut from an older woman named Janice, she should retire. She was scared to cut my hair and kept asking if everything looked good. She said I needed a "wash and dry" and changed my service. Yet she cut most of my hair before even washing it? After washing it she did a few more cuts and dried it. .I have some pieces longer than the other.

Got a haircut this afternoon from Gabby, after not having cut my long hair in 2+ years. She did an amazing job, literally explained to her what I wanted and didn’t even show pictures, and it was exactly what I described. Super impressed, will definitely be back For the price and quality!

I have been going to this saloon for almost 4 har now and everytime I just get happier and happier all the girls are amazing there and help with everything!!! Especially Miranda she did and amazing job, I highly recommend to visit this place

I went with Stephanie who has been there about two years I think she said. I love the way she cut my hair. It freaked me out how everyone brings in their own stuff but only made sense. Okay tells you how long it’s been since I had a hair cut lol. Overall nice place to get a trim too. They provide other services to lashes, extension, hair color. Etc

I walked in for a hair cut and Vanessa did such a good job with my hair. She was so friendly and she was knowledgeable about curly hair. She helped me choose the right length for my hair and it turned out so good.

I've been going to the JC PENNY'S Solon for many years. The stylists are experienced, friendly, and I am always satisfied with the results. The stylist that I really like is Norma.

It’s infuriating setting up an appointment online only to come in and be told the person didn’t even show up. What’s the point of stating something is available when it’s not? When I plan to come in to get a haircut done by a specific person, only to be told otherwise it makes the appointment completely useless.

La señora qué supuestamente hace cortes de pelo, se lo cortó a mi hijo. Qué pésimo trabajo hizo, le dejo el corte de pelo súper mal ! Ella habla español. Mejor deberían de decir qué no saben hacer esos cortes qué uno pide para ir a otro lado.

Me and my Tammie have been seeing Angie for eyebrow and hair services over the past year, cuts and color are always great. She listens to what you want and talks to you before she does services to make sure that is what I wanted. My eyebrow waxing's always make me feel like I had a mini face lift LOL. A comfortable and confident experience is important to me. Services were worth the price. Thank you JC Penny for great stylist

Just got my hair done here and it's nothing like I wanted. Hairstylist name Furhana cut so much of my hair off for one. I told her I wanted to go lighter and get highlights also . She only gave me highlights on my black hair. It was not what I wanted. I honestly couldn't run out of there fast enough. Paid basically 285 for ugly thin highlights and a haircut with so many layers I didn't even want. My hair is 100% nothing like I wanted. I booked with her because it said she specialized in bayalage and is supposed to be a master stylist. She really seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. I would rate 0 stars for her but unfortunately that's not possible. Worst experience ever.

My daughter and I had an amazing experience with our now favorite and best hairstylist in San Antonio, Ashley Polanco we highly recommend her and will definitely continue following her business anywhere she goes. Myself and my daughters just had our haircuts done and it was nothing like we asked her to do and the worst part it was a simple haircut. I think if I would have gone to Great Clips they would have done a better job, this place is over priced and these ladies don’t know how to cut.. I would rate this place a zero… I will never return

Scheduled a kids haircut on their website and noticed they were having a special for back to school for $12. Scheduled with stylist Ashley . We arrived a little early and asked about the special, when I booked it said it included wash and blowdry, was told no it would be extra for that, asked how much extra and then told there isn't a price list for that, depends on the stylist and to ask them, ok. We were then given to another stylist who said it would be $7 for a wash, said no thanks, we'll just go with the dry cut. They need to correct their website to reflect accurate pricing of services, if certain stylists are below doing specials because it's a lower price then don't have them available to schedule for those services. Lourdes was kind and did a good job, just not happy with the salons practices.
