Love the stylists who work here but they don't have a full-time receptionist so no one ever answers the phone. Their online booking system is a mess. It put each of my services with a different stylist instead of all with the one I chose! Management, you are costing your stylist $$ by not having a full time receptionist. I called 5 days straight and never got an answer!!!

Yesterday my sister was there for an appointment to dye her hair. We talked about the color she wanted to dye her hair and she wanted to do a ginger like color. When she got there and told the lady the color that she wanter to dye it the lady started telling her that she should dye a more traditional color and that she wasn’t gonna have enough time do dye it ginger. Unfortunately my sister didn't speak up and ended up letting the lady dye her hair the way she wanted. While she was dying her hair she was just being so mean and just moving her head side to side so rough without telling her to turn to the side etc. She ended up charging my sisters $200 for high lights on black hair! It’s just so unacceptable what she did! At the end of the day my sister was paying for her to do dye her hair the way she wanted, and she was not going to do it for charity. Please don't go to this place unless you’re someone that will speak up or put up with people like this! I added below the pictures of the way her hair looks and the color she wanted.

The stylist Christine Nawatani is amazing she was great with color and cut and has done my eyebrow shaping quite a few times everytime perfect! She knows what's she's doing and has awesome character! I applaud her! Thank you!

Took my niece to get a hair 💇 cut ✂ and the Stylist was Sabrina! She was Amazing. My niece is 9 and was unsure about cutting her hair. Her hair is medium thick and super long. Sabrina made her feel comfortable and did a beautiful cut! Thank you Sabrina! Awesome Job!

Called my favorite stylist and found out he is now working 3 days a week in San Jose. Gerardo, He told me about their specials and invited me to go.... love the place and my stylist! Go visit him ! He is the kind of artist that you can just tell him beautify me! And trust his taste!!!👏👏👏

Love the $10 kids haircut promo. But I'm only giving this place 3 stars because the stylist left BOTH of my daughters hair wet and didn't even bother to ask to blow dry it. I could see that she was running behind with her other appointments.

Oh boy. I have super damaged hair myself and haven't had it professionally cut in several years so thought it was time. I came here because I had a good experience years ago and didn't want to bother finding somewhere else. I paid $16 for a protein filler treatment that made my hair significantly drier and came out with a borderline mullet. I said at least 3 times exactly what I wanted as far as length and no additional layers and at the end he refused to cut it shorter to match the extremely short layers/chunks he said he had to cut. Granted I have a lot of breakage from bleach but no, it was not necessary to cut blunt chunks out of my hair I had been growing out for 9 months. I ended up cutting it myself so I'm able to leave the house. Worst $51 I ever spent tbh.

I love the beauty Salon..I love the way Ray Rios does my hair..He always is so professional and courteous. ..i get so many compliments on my hair..I already have recommended my family and friends to him...I will be coming to this Salon indefinitely. .thank you for your services Ray!

I've been going to Ray Rios for a couple of years now. He is super friendly and fun to chat with. Ray has some serious talent as a colorist. I always walk out of the salon feeling like a rock star ! For spectacular cuts, Ray can not be beat. And he's the only stylist I've ever gone to who gives me some excellent new "how-to" tip every time I see him. I've never loved my hair more. Ray listens to what you want, and have superb input to go with it!! ABSOLUTELY worth every penny! Love it!! Your are the best Raymond!!!

Very bad customer service. The person that was supposed to cut my son hair was very rude and I decided not to cut my son’s hair. Yolanda is the person that gives a very very bad customer service I don’t recommend going to this place

Horrible horrible service.... They simply chopped off my hair... I wanted to cut my hair in layers (no complicated haircut) I even showed them my earlier pictures.. She said she can do it but simply chopped off my hair.. When I told her that this is nowhere close to what I told her she said I have to charge you for another haircut to do any fixes (funny!)... My stylist was Marie.. Please don't go to her if you don't want to get your hair butchered. One of my friend goes to the Pleasanton JCPENNEY Salon and she always gets nice haircut so I thought of trying this salon. But the Eastridge one is just horrible.

September 12, 2015 So this was the first and last time i will ever come to this Salon. I came to this salon hoping my hair will come out fabulous or at least presentable or close to the picture i presented to the stylist. She knew exactly what i wanted, at least i thought she did. She said she was working there for about 1 year so i trusted her. She was nice but did not warn me that my hair was not gonna come out how i expected. After the stylist seen my reaction to her finished work, she right away knew i did not like it and did not care by not offering me a discount or offer anything to make me feel better; I'm mainly not satisfied because i knew i would have to return to pay the full price once again. I went with a friend and my friend thought she was not done yet. I just felt like i needed to write a review so the stylist can work on some customer service by explaining to her clients or warn them how there color will come out and so there's not another victim to her work.
