My beautician, Teresa, was great with skillful haircut, but The hairdye product was substandard!! The dye washed out of my hair within 2 weeks! Big waste of money! They can get better hair dye easily!!

I wouldn't even give the service one-Star- I booked an appointment for my daughter and myself 5:00 and 5:30. We get there at 5:00. My daughter's hair is chopped to bits and we were rushed out of the door by 5: 15. My 14-year-old daughter came home and cried! We will never go there again!

Walked in and asked if anyone could do a conditioning treatment and blow dry was told to sit and wait and that they only had one stylist but she could do it. Was left waiting while the hairstylist kept talking to her client after they were done and I sat ignored. I mean she shouldve put the conditioner on while i sat there for almost 30 minutes .Finally I got up it was 615pm and they closed at 7, the lady at the front with florescent red hair I'm guessing the manager seemed surprised. Really?? Unprofessional would not go back.

I was referred to this JCPenney salon from a neighbor. I had tried to highlight my own hair, messed up, I was so embarrassed! When I checked the ladies were so nice and friendly. Lilianne did partial highlight, toner, gloss, and fixed my hair!! She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it! It was nice and quiet in the salon. Lilianne also ensured I was comfortable throughout the process. I booked appointments for my daughters and I will definitely be returning!

Made an appointment online and showed up 30 minutes early because it was the start of the day. Sat for 45 minutes and no one acknowledged I was there. I was the only one there. Won't be back. No wonder Penneys is going under.

Carl is the BEST! I came here for a haircut and he really did style my haircut how i wanted. My haircut really surprised my husband and said how beautiful i look. He really did an awesome job! I will be looking forward seeing him for my next haircut. Highly recommend this place.

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst place EVER! Terrible stylists, attitudes, and management. THEY DO NOT GIVE WHAT YOU ASK FOR! Prices online wrong! Price quoted on phone wrong since the stylist Pan had her "own prices" handwritten. Pan is the worst stylist I have encountered in my entire life! She pretends to listen but doesn't and does what she feels like vs what you ask for. Horrible stylist! Asked for highlights and a trim. They will not give you what you ask for! She had this idea to go "faster" by dying the top of my head only. I said absolutely not, highlights like I have, touched up. She said she would (liar) but instead she decided to dye the top of my head (never had me facing the mirror) and asked me AFTER starting it if it was what I wanted! I was horrified! I had already made it clear it was NOT! Very clear, but she did what she wanted, not what I asked for! Despite it being in the computer she did not give me a simple trim, saying I did not ask for it, um yes I did! Computer showed so. She wanted me to leave with wet unknown color as I could not undo what she started. She did not listen to a single thing! Roughest yanking and pulling, extremely painful. Left with a very sore neck and headache. Asked over 2 dozen times if she could be more gentle, she wasn't! Left with a wet head, no trim, and no idea what my hair looked like as they turned off the lights, saying it was closing time. BAD time management to put someone in front of me. Got to my car in tears. Dye all over my face that has taken all week to try to get off. ORANGE HAIR!! Uneven orange highlights and the top dyed a brownish orange color that does not match the rest of my hair at all. Was told the manager would call me and work on a fix. Natalie is the most unprofessional salon manager I have ever spoken with and should not be employed there. She was NEVER interested in fixing anything and said I had to have orange hair for a month once. Seriously! She called and did not leave a message after "investigating". Instead she did not realize she had not hung up (did not try to leave a message) and left a vile message unknowingly with disgusting language that lasted a minute and a half. Crude, unprofessional, obvious she was not going to keep her word from the nasty rant she was giving someone that could be heard on my voicemail. No interest in fixing the problem at all. DO NOT GO THERE! WORST PLACE AND EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE!

Carl is the reason why I love this place. He is amazing and talented and always pleasant. My son adores his hair cut and he calls it "a work of art". The salon has friendly staff and making appointments are easy plus it is conveniently located.

My daughter made an appointment to get her hair done told them what she wanted and showed pictures they got most of the way through bleaching her hair before telling her they thought they had the color she wanted but they don’t. Inexcusable you can’t tell me they didn’t know they did now have the right color before starting on her hair. You don’t bleach someone’s hair then tell them oops we don’t have the color you wanted

On Friday, January 19th, I called late in the afternoon for an appointment to have my hair highlighted and trimmed. My appointment was with Janet Ortiz. If I could give her 10 stars, I would!! Janet is amazing!! She is very skilled, funny, beautiful, knowledgeable, and personable! She immediately put me at ease and got to work. My hair has never been so rich in color! Its so healthy and cut beautifully! We laughed the entire time I was in her chair! Janet is worth the time and double the money!!! I haved received so many compliments in the last 3 days. Thank you Janet!!😊😊
