This salon price is ridiculous. When I called over the phone the lady said $50 after the service she charged me $60. With taxes and tip was over $70. All I got was a simple standard hair cut, (about 2 & 1/2 inches) and wash. No style, no blow dry, no fixture at the end. My hair is really thin, it probably took her less than 20 mins to cut my hair. I had stopped by Dillard’s salon prior and they told me $42 to wash and cut my hair, only thing is that they had a wait time of about 3 hours. Next time Dillards is getting my business.

Wonderful place, great service. Vanessa was outstanding when it came to my appointment. I loved the fact that she provided great attention when it came to my hair. I am glad that I was able to expand her experience with working on naturally curly hair. She astoundingly listens to her clients and makes sure that they are delighted. I 100% would recommend her.

Sheila what is my hairstylist I was charged $268 they originally were trying to charge me $338 after being told over the phone that what it would be around $70-$80 they refused to refund me the manager was no help at all. I am VERY ANGRY!! Beware they will screw you over. This service only included low lights and toner. I did not get a haircut purchase any products or get flat iron save your money and go somewhere else.

Vanessa is AMAZING! I got a balayage a year ago in another salon and they burned it, my hair was very damage. Vanessa has been recovering my hair and recommended me the right products for my hair, even the right brush for my hair type. Also, her vibe is amazing, it really makes me happy to go there. They open on Sundays at 12pm 😍

Was told one price and charged more than 3 times what I was told. Manager was no help. If it was not going to be what I was told when I made the appointment I should have been told beforehand or during the procedure

Been coming here for about 5 months. I started working with Carrie and I will continue to work with her. She is amazing. She will tell you if an idea you have will work for your hair or not. She will give you her professional opinion. I wanted a big change of color, so she used a very small part of my hair to show me that what I thought I wanted would not work how I thought. I could have still done it had I wanted but it would have taken months to strip one color for another. And I saw how bad my hair could be damaged doing that. So we opted out and be able to keep my hair in good condition. Absolutely love working with Carrie

Great service. I just knew this place and gave it a try and it turned great. Queenie showed me how to pick the right color with my skin and my face. She explained to me step by step what she was doing. She was very patient and happy. She showed me how to protect my hair at home that I have never seen any hairstylists do that to me. So definitely will come to here next time 😁. Thank you for treating me so well Queenie.

Neighborhood friendly, haven't waited never made it an appointment I call when I need you and usually within the hour I am on my way which is two blocks from my house. Ask for Cindy I have been a long time client of hers.

Very unprofessional! I had an appointment set for 11 am. I get there on time and the one stylist there tells me the person who was supposed to color my hair had called out. I say that is fine can someone else do it later. She said a stylist was coming at 12pm and that she would call me when she got in to confirm. I left my name and phone number and left to kill an hour. I never got a phone call back! I guess they really did not want my business.

Went for a scalp treatment didn't get one. The girl washed my hair and put conditioner in it and rinsed didn't even touch my scalp with her fingers just washed my hair then sprayed the water to rinse it. I kept telling her that wasn't what I wanted. She ignored my and said I owed 15.00. She didn't care at all. Bad business.

Stylist just left my hair sticking out. Want money refunded back to me. No at all satisfy. Overprice. Stingy on using their products on your hair. No senior discounts or coupons. Hair not done with any consideration at all.

The hairstylist that cut my hair and blowed dried it just seemed to care less of what I wanted with my hair. She blew dried my hair and left it frizzy. She didn’t even bother to add any hair serum, no type of product to give me a smooth finish. Don’t even come here. The ladies at Westshore do a much better job and actually care to leave you satisfied with your hair!

If I could give it no stars I would! The lady that cut my daughter’s gave me horrible advice on how to maintain her hair. After we get home and her hair dried I realized her whole head was uneven! Worst experience EVER!!

It was a nice experience, but the stylist refused to accept the coupon I had even though I had called and verified if I could use it or not. Paid double what I was expecting to and the haircut was only decent. Oh well.

My first experience at JCPenny hair salon was just amazing. At the beginning they couldn't find my appointment but the front desk lady still managed to squeeze me in. I was highly impressed with Sara who did my hair. She was super knowledgeable and most important she knew what she was doing. I am definitely going back there.
