I saw Senovia today and I think she is probably the best stylist iv ever had! I absolutely love her and she did a fantastic job! I got highlights and low lights!! I will definitely be back to see her!!

Honestly I cried. It didn’t look like how I wanted to be, I even showed a picture on how I wanted it. I do like the haircut, but I paid for partial highlights, and I look the same. It doesn’t even look blonde. I regret it. Waste of my money:(

My daughter and I went to this salon and had the best experience with Bev being our stylist and the folks that work there are also fantastic this is the only salon that my daughter and myself will go to they all go above and beyond to help find just the right look for us thanks again Bev I love my hair

Bev just colored my hair a beautiful vibrant indigo. I’m very pleased! She’s a skilled colorist and made sure every detail was exactly how I wanted it. Highly recommend!

Booked an appointment online only to get a call the day of and 2 hours before the appointment time that the service I had booked was unavailable on that day. Rebooked the appointment, take off work and drive for 40 minutes to the salon only to be told "oh so no one called you". Um no....come to find out the person scheduled to do my service no longer worked there and no one was available till 2 days later. I will NEVER use this salon again!

If I could do less then one star I would. I HAD an undercut that lead to a point on the back of my head with two points down, side burns, and it was shaved up on the sides. I failed to catch her name but the lady who did my hair was of shorter build,very short blonde hair, and about middle age. I explicitly told her to do a 1 all over the under cut and to follow the shape that was already there. Did that happen? No. I didn't think anything of it when she said the line wasn't straight. I had figured that she ment the triangles grew out some and needed correcting. NOPE. She shaved them off poorly I might add. I had patches of unshaved uneven hair all over my head which I ended up having my husband fix. Ironic how someone she said shouldn't be touching my hair did a much better job then her; someone who went to school for hair. The first photo is what my hair normally looks like. The second picture is what I went HOME with.

Michaela Speer did my hair! I was getting ready for a job interview and my hair was a complete disaster! She toned it for me, then corrected it for me the next time, with an Olaplex treatment, it was amazing. I have plans with her to discuss further treatments, extensions and other things! She’s super sweet and helpful. You can call/text/message her, no matter how ridiculous the question may be, and that’s huge for hair disasters. Thank you so much!

I went in about an hour before they close and I can see there's no one being worked on in the back and that theyre just cleaning up. Lady at the frontinfield me they were about to close and said they didn't have time for me? Kinda got the vibe that they just didn't want to mess with it so I won't be coming back

I've been meaning to review my amazing experience at the Woodland Hills JcPenney Salon for weeks now! I had been wanting a change in my hair, and with my tax return on the way, I decided to see if someone would brainstorm with me about what I wanted before I made an appointment. Megan (Meg) sat down with me and listened to my hair "sob story" and looked through all the pictures I had of what I wanted. She understood what I was looking for, and assured me that I could pull off the length I was going for. I booked an appointment that day. The day of the appointment Meg looked more pictures, we agreed on my color, and she got to work. Meg has such a wonderful personality and she made the whole process such a blast! When she says she treats her clients like family, she really means it! She gave my hair a treatment, and even booked an appointment for me to get my makeup done at the JcPenney Sephora after my hair was done! We decided to make an event of it, so I didn't see my hair until after my makeup was done! Christian at Sephora was also a blast! She shaped my eyebrows and matched my foundation, finding me a new foundation that I absolutely love! She is so funny, and really talented at contouring and eyes. By the end of this experience I left feeling so empowered! This was especially important to me because I'm going through a tough time in my life right now. I love my new bob, and this gorgeous red color. Thank you ladies so much for making me feel special. 5 million stars! I'll be back for sure!

Terrible. My girlfriend got her hair done here before our trip to Vegas. She had to pay someone else cut her hair after her cut here to straighten it up.. it was bad!! They bleached her hair and now it’s all dry feeling. Even I know her hair shouldn’t have been bleached 🤦🏼‍♂️ Terrible experience go to super cuts or anywhere else but here! Beware, you’ll have to pay someone else to fix it. I’ve got pics too if anyone is interested I’ll post them for everyone to see how terrible it was!

Omg! Ask for Brett! He is without a doubt the best JC Penney's best stylist! Great relaxing hair wash, and he NAILED the haircut I asked for. I showed him a photo for just a few seconds and he gave me exactly what I asked for!

JCP Salon has always been a quick and easy solution to my hair issues. I've found it simple to book a (last minute) online appointment (usually for the same day). There's no specific stylist that I use, just whoever is available. Honestly, I've never been disappointed. Give them a try!
