Worse Salon I’ve even been.I asked if they can do hair relaxing,and they said yes,then this lady recommended me something she said that can straight up my wavy hair and much better than hair relaxing,first place why they told me they can do what I want then she did different treatment.then after she washed my hair I thought she will di the treatment but she was showing me I have to pay $182.00 then I asked her again it’s that really can straight my hair??I was curios that time if she knows what she was doing.And she said yes.then She started to blow dry my hair and then I asked her to stop the procedure and told her this is it?tomorrow if I wash my hair it will go back to wavy and dry hair.I can wash my hair at home and blow dry.She said she is not done yet she needs to iron my hair to straight.I said there is no chemical so that can go back to my old hair??She is insisting it will straight.I said no stop the procedure!I don’t want to pay $182.00 for washing my hair and blow dry only!then still they charged me $82.00 for washing my hair and trim my hair with blow dry!they should not charge me because I want hair relaxing not just blow dry!Never recommend this salon.

Had my haircut and styled for my birthday with Myra and she did such a fantastic job! My haircut turned out exactly how I wanted it! I will definitely be coming back to see her! She did my daughters hair too and she is absolutely in love with it! Thank you!!

I went here to get my hair colored and a trim. The stylist did a good job on the color but I asked for a trim and didn't realize my hair was cut 4 inches off until I got home and was looking at it in the mirror. I was livid!! Everyone tried to make me feel better saying my hair looked good. But I was still upset that she cut that much off, when I asked for a trim! I also explained my health condition about my hair and I had not did coloring or cutting in 2 years! Plus she was saying how healthy my hair was and how good it smelled. If I asked for a trim that is what I expect not to have 4 inches of my hair cut and not be told when you are chopping off my hair without my knowledge. Plus I paid a lot of money to get my hair done and I tipped her very well. But I expected it to be what I asked for...I will never go back here again. Now I am trying to find methods of growing my hair back. SMH This is my hair photos August 27th and September 1st. They need to give me a refund because I am not happy at all. So now I am trying to figure out how to get my 4inches back that was taken off without my consent!

I never write reviews but wow Myra did my hair colored it and I asked for face framing she did such a horrible job the color was left with bright orange and yellows and she chopped huge chunks of my hair off for the facial framing my hair looked horrible and she was so rude and pushy I then asked for the manager Kennya the following day to tone it down some while she did do that when I left it still looked orange she got a lot of the brightness out but nothing like I wanted now I'm having to spend more money to go to another place to get this whole mess fixed what should of had been a nice experience for a new hair that turned out awful!! I only gave this place a 1 due to the fact you can't give it a ZERO!!

I went to the salon at JCP in the Lynnhaven mall Myra styled my hair to my request. She did as we discussed and it came out perfect. The following day we returned to have my hair colored as there was not enough time in one day it was after 4:00. The hair color and highlights came out to my liking as well. Myra is amaizing and great to talk with too. She will be my go to for all of my hair needs.

The hairstylist, Myra, had done my daughter’s hair. She did an excellent job with cutting and dying it, I highly suggest getting Myra to do your hair.

Do not reserve appointments online. Scheduled an appointment on their website and got a call less than 30 minutes before that she couldn't do it. Such a waste of my day and time.

Never go to this salon. The service was horrible. The hairdresser did not want to do anything to my hair because it was too long and too thick. I was asking for a trim and he sent me away because it was “too late”. The worst service in my life

I don't really do reviews but I think that more people should definitely check out this salon and ask for David Dee! He did my hair today and I'm absolutely impressed with his work. He was such a sweet guy and definitely knew what he was doing. My hair was really long (until my waist) and I wanted to get it cut until my shoulders. David was really sweet and made sure to ask me if the length was okay before cutting my entire hair. They only accept appointments but I was able to schedule an appointment (the same day) after giving them a call. Will definitely come back to see David :)

I came in two weeks ago for highlights and a cut. I made my appointment a few days in advance and arrived a little early. I wasn't called back until 45 minutes after my appointment time. I asked for a lot of highlights and wanted them noticable. You can only see them if I part my hair a certain way. When I called to see if I could come in to get more added, I was told rudely that I would have to pay the same price for more and she couldn't get me scheduled for another week. Why should I have to pay the same price again when she didn't do what I asked the first time? I have seen David there before and he did an amazing job. After this last time, I may not go back. If you don't get what you ask for, it should be redone the way you wanted.

I see David Lee for my entire family! He just cut my hair yesterday to an angled bob and it looks amazing! He really takes his time and makes sure you are satisfied! He’s great conversation as well! I highly recommend him if you’re looking for an experienced and personal stylist!

I went to JC.Penny ,been going there for years, didn't have my reciept ,and they yold me they could only give me $10..50,cause they had sold some for that price.... bull... not Levis, they don't even let you use coupons or sales on Levis....smh... and this happened @ the Llynhaven store on 5/18/19

Showed up at 7:05pm for a 7:15 appointment. Waiting longer than a should have before I walked out. I finally left at 7:50pm. When I first got there the receptionist said the stylist was just finishing up then she disappeared to finish stocking. Never got told throughout the time frame I was there how much longer my wait would be or anything. I'll never go back

Ms. Myra D. did a great job with my haircut and hair color, as well with my sister’s hair. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend JCpenny salon as they offers a good service. And They have freebies and coupons too that would save you a lot of money.
