I’m very impressed by this salon. Being a cruiser and new to the area. I’m glad I found this place. Not to far from where my boat is anchored. The owner Mrs. Jeanie is so sweet. I walked in excited and walked out happy with my haircut. Exactly what I needed. I had a pleasure having Mrs.Lisa as my stylist. She’s lovely, can tell she knows what she’s doing & amazing at it. I’m not a talkative person but she made me feel good & really enjoyed being in her seat. Definitely recommend!

Lisa is a miracle worker - both with cuts and color! She gave me a Pixie cut I absolutely love and gorgeous blonde highlights so natural that they remind me of when I had this color hair as a little kid. She also does terrific brow waxing, even if (like me) you think your brows are hopelessly without an arch. Jeanie the owner is so kind and approachable and you can make an appointment via text quite easily. Highly recommend this place - no surprise it's managed to stick around for a generation!

M hairstylist was Victoria, who is not only curly hair knowledgeable, but also delightfully personable. Jeannie, the owner, is very welcoming the moment you walk in the salon to the moment you leave. She has a very warm and inviting salon with all professional hairstylists. I have finally found a new place for coloring and hairstyling.

Jeannie’s Hair Salon is the best salon I’ve ever been to!!!!! I’m a business owner myself and this place is friendly, accommodating, professional, attentive and very easy to work with! The stylists are extremely talented and the owner could not be more friendly and responsive to your every need!!! I highly recommend this place!!!! Prices are reasonable too!!! BONUS!!!!

Absolutely the BEST salon I've ever been to. Victoria is a fantastic hair stylist and the coloring she did was PERFECT. She cut and styled my hair just the way I wanted. Ms. Jeanie is very kind and gave me great customer service. I highly recommend JEANIE'S SALON & SPA in Annapolis.

CHECK THE PRICES B4 YOU HAVE ANYTHING DONE, because you will get a BIG surprise at the register. Highlights left my hair dry (still is 9 weeks later) and the cost was insane. $44. for TONER, not included in the "highlight" price. I was rushed because a client was waiting for a "wax". This happened right before a vacation - my hair was a disaster, as well as the experience. GET ALL COSTS UP FRONT if you dare to go there. Shop is ancient and other world.

This salon is so wonderful! Being in the customer service industry myself, service that goes above and beyond needs to be celebrated.. and Jeanie and Teri provided that! It’s no wonder this small salon has been in the community so long. I made a disaster of my hair trying to layer it myself during quarantine. Jeanie was so accommodating to get me in, with safety protocol in place, so that I felt comfortable and Teri SAVED my hair. The sweetest people and a fantastic experience. Thank you!

I called to make an appointment for my daughter for an event that evening in Wilmington, Delaware. I called at 11:59am on a Friday. The lady on the phone said someone could see her at 1:45pm so we went to get her nails done. At 1:15pm we got a call that they were canceling her appointment because another client ran over. I was very disappointed because that didn’t give us time to get in with another salon. My daughter just flew in from college in Texas and was on a tight schedule. The lady asked if I wanted to schedule for next week. All I said was “I have no desire to go to a business that cancels appointments with a 30 minute notice.” She responds with this “ You’re rude and obnoxious I wouldn’t take you and now if you were the last person on earth and I’m blocking your phone number goodbye”. This is why they have to offer Groupons.

A very pleasant experience for me. Had some little 'drama' with the scheduler in the beginning but on calling back, she was surprisingly helpful and nice. My massager was so thorough and gentle and my massage was so worth it. Could definitely do this again.

Bought a Groupon for Swedish masssage and upgraded to more pressure. I am glad I did. More pressure and hot stones were both used. The therapist even went a little over an hour in order to finish the whole massage. Jeanie is nice and I enjoyed talking to her. Well worth the Groupon rate.

I would give zero stars but 1 is the minimum. The woman who owns and runs this salon is rude & crazy. The salon is outdated, dirty and old and way too expensive for the services you get. Plus they add things to your bill without asking you. They don’t let you tip the stylist on your credit card-(have to pay cash) and she pressures you to tip more than is normal. She refuses to honor groupons so you’ll be out the money. This rundown salon is in a bad part of town and it doesn’t seem safe to walk to your car after dark. Do yourself a favor and pass on this has been. It’s was just a sad experience.

Jeanie's Salon & Spa is a warm and welcoming salon. They make you feel like family there. I've had facials, waxing, massages, make up and cut/color done and have always been more than satisfied.

This salon spa has exceed my expectations I've waited a few weeks since my visit and I am just as pleased with the color and my cut as I was the first day. Lisa is outstanding at both. She also gave me a very relaxing shampoo. I will definitely be going back. The owner, Jeanie, was accommodating to my schedule, nice to chat with, and very welcoming. This gem has been here for over 20 years. I do not know how I could have missed it. I'll not miss it again.

Jeanie was really nice to begin with. She respected my special request and made sure that I was fully comfortable which I really appreciated. However, the colour of my hair didn't come out the way I asked my hairstylist, and Jeanie didn't seem to address my concern but brushed it off and instead began praising the hairstylist. So I thought it's fine, I'll change the color myself. The only reason I wanted to try this salon is because I saw that there was a deal on Groupon for $59 which included a haircut, style, blow dry and one process color. When I called to make an oppointment, Jeanie asked me not to buy the deal from Groupon because that way she wouldn't receive all the money. So I didn't and decided to pay at the salon. After I got done with my hair treatment she told me that I owed her $134. This being more than double the amount I was was expecting to pay I was obviously suprised because I felt like she was cheating me. I wanted to understand why she was not giving me the deal we initially discussed, but all she kept repeating was how long the stylist had spend with me and did I really think it's gonna be only $59. As far as I was concerned, I had seen a discount online and discussed it with her beforehand, so how long or short the stylist spends on me is none of my concern as it was part of a deal. Accepting that there had been some sort of miscommunication I paid her what she wanted and then she asked If I wanted to tip my hairstylist. I already felt cheated and frustrated that that I was paying more than I had expected, so I decided not to tip on this occasion which is quite frankly my right not to do so. By this time her professionalism and courtesy had run out and she became quite rude, flipping out and telling me not to come back to her salon. So, if you're interested in someone who's simply being nice for your money then Jeanie's is the place for you, but God forbid you have some complaint because then you're in for some serious denial, embarrassment and unprofessional behaviour

Such an amazing place! I just recently moved to the area, and I've been searching for a stylist I really meshed well with. I found Jeanie's Salon & Spa through Groupon, and I am so glad I did! As soon as we went in the salon, the receptionist greeted us, and gave us a tour of the salon. We were given iced tea while we waited, and the wait wasn't long at all! I had a shampoo, blow dry, hair cut, and a style. My stylist was excellent, and did exactly what I wanted. My hair has never been healthier, and it's never looked better. After my cut, the stylist even took the time to tell me what she used on my hair, shampoo and all. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and the receptionist was probably one of the nicest people I've met. I've included before and after photos of my hair, as well. This is probably going to be the place I continue to go to!

They do a great job with hair cuts. Didn't like that they tell you one price then offer add ons that boost the price exponentially. I have a new place I go to and like my hairdresser much better

This was a great salon. Service was excellent snd Tiffany did an amazing job on my inverted bob. I was very happy with my choice of salons. I highly recommend. I went back a second time and had my hair cut by Lisa. She also did a great job. This salon has professionals!!
